It's 'take it over'. Not only can I clearly hear Justin pronounce the 't' in 'it', but every lyric website I've looked up confirms it's 'take it over'.

At 1:42, 4:07 and so on in Shake Your Body.

Then JT at 4:04 in Take Back The Night.
