This thread is created for those who love the dance in all its forms by professional dancers or regular people. Just put your dancing shoes on and enjoy :dancin:

“To live is to be musical, starting with the blood dancing in your veins. Everything living has a rhythm. Do you feel your music?”
― Michael Jackson

“Let us read, and let us dance; these two amusements will never do any harm to the world.”
― Voltaire

“We should consider every day lost on which we have not danced at least once.”
― Friedrich Nietzsche

“Dance is the hidden language of the soul”
― Martha Graham

Michael please, make the honor to us to start this thread :beatit:

Nice videos. 3 of my favorite Bollywood dancers.

Shahrukh Khan from his 1998 movie Dil Se.

Madhuri Dixit from the 1997 movie Koyla. I definitely think she is India's most greatest female dancer.

And of course Hrithik Roshan who is India's Michael Jackson. From what I remember reading somewhere.

Bravo! Lovely! :clapping:

Here is another one. Which I don't know how I could have forgotten to post before. I think is one of the very best dance scenes ever made.

Shahrukh Khan and Katrina Kaif from the 2012 movie Jab Tak Hai Jaan.

Re: The Dynamic Superiors ~ Shoe Shoe Shine

Anyway......

I wanted to post these videos cuz apparently its all the dance craze even tho there isn't much to it.
You just have to be creative and have loads of fun while doing it.

:D

BTW....I LOVE to dance. I love the way it feels when my creative juices start to flow when I'm dancing.
Be it at the club or at home in my living room. Hahaha!:D

A BIG thank you to everyone!!

This song here shows montages of some the classic dancing of the early 1970s on Soul Train, many classic street dancers were dancing on this show for years.
You can see a range of styles here and how many modern R&B and Hip hop style dances evolved out of them.

The song by Daft Punk is modern (2010s) but borrows heavily a early 1970s funk track and fits well. Notice there are no fat people back then as well.

Huh? Fred Berry was a dancer on the early seasons of Soul Train and a member of The Lockers which also had Toni Basil (later known for the hit Mickey) as a member. If you look closely at the Rufus Thomas performance in Wattstax you can see Fred in the crowd dancing. Fred later played Rerun on What's Happening!!!. Also the leader of the gospel band The Rance Allen Group was kinda big.
