That's very difficult because as a fan you want to go for deep cuts. But given the 'one last time' aspect of it, you do tend to want to include the classics too. Some songs that came to mind for me (did not give much thought to the setlist structure):

All of these setlist are amazing but this one is my fav so far. :D
 
Picking an MJ set list is always hard, because I want to hear the songs he's never done like Who Is It, Give Into Me etc, but then I also want to hear the hits like Smooth Criminal and Billie Jean. And MJ has so many hits that his set lists get filled up very fast.

Hmmm. This is different! Ever since I heard him sing 'More than You Know' on their Variety Show, I've been dreaming of an album of him singing the old standards.
I'll have to think hard to get it to only 20.
