Hi, I couldn't find a right thread to post this in so I thought I'd just make my own.
Norway's main tv-channel (NRK) is showing Leaving Neverland next sunday. It also has a free streaming site where they say it will be available for viewing until 2022..

However, they said that if they had produced a film like this they would have sought out comments from the opposing side, and they will therefore add commentary from the Jackson family to the film. Hopefully that will at least make people who watch it see it in a more diverse light and not take the allegations as absolute truth

Someone should inform bread barnes about all the countrys were LN aires.
Maybe he can stop the airing of LN with filing this lawsuits because there will be maybe not enough time to cut the film new and remove the parts from it.

I`m also located in norway.
I dont think there will be any footage or commentary from the Jackson family, just a text disclaimer on the screen that the Jackson Family doesnt approve of the content in this documentary.

^^ Yes your'e right. I just read the article on nrk.no and looks like its some type of disclaimer or commentary.

I just heard the news presenter say that. It will be broadcast on a channel called M6. There wiĺl be a debate afterwards. Taj was shown saying something along the lines of "Who would do that to somebody and then ask them to testify ?". Hearing about the documentary on a forum is one thing. Stumbling across that sh*t with footage from the 2005 trial being shown is another.

So apparantly NRK (in Norway) will air an edited 180 minutes version. I wonder which parts they will cut.

I think France forgot to put "Alleged" before "Victims" in the title.

‘Leaving Neverland’ Goes Global After Kew Media Sells Controversial Michael Jackson Doc Into 130 Territories:

"Germany’s ProSiebenSat.1 Group, Australia’s Network Ten and HBO across Latin America were among the buyers for the film, which is produced by Reed’s Amos Pictures. DR in Denmark, VPRO in Netherlands, SVT in Sweden, Channel One and Amedia TV in Russia, VRT in Belgium, TVNZ in New Zealand, Yes in Israel, YLE in Finland, Fox Networks Group Asia, Front Row Filmed Entertainment in the Middle East, RUV in Iceland, M6 in France, Movistar+ in Spain and HBO Europe in Central Europe will also air the doc."

I suprised that Yle is showing it here in Finland. It is one of the most watched channels and is state owned. I will definitely send them email at some point. I'm not sure what to write.

The graphic porn? Arent we conservative of that in norway and sweden? I was shocked SVT would air child porn on TV.

I've watched the whole thing now, I'll probably watch it on Sunday too when it airs so I'll know what they cut

Russia Channel One (main federal) 15th and 16th of march after midnight

They sold the documentary to 130 countries worldwide.

So they boycott Michael Jackson on the radios in Quebec? I guess it's going to be the same thing in other countries. Great. Pfff

In Quebec yes, but only one company. There are other stations in Quebec still playing MJ.

Also the rest of Canada (English speaking) has not banned MJ at all. I live in Ontario (the largest province in Canada with 39% of the country's population) and I have heard 5 Michael Jackson songs this week on the radio.

I was so steamed when I head about via CTV News Northern Ontario and I was like “That’s it! I’m not setting my foot in that province anymore!”

I looked into 92.1 ROCK and Moose FM and search for Michael. Nothing. Seems to they’re still keeping Michael’s music, but I plan asking just to sure.

NOVE, an italian TV channel (part of Discovery Inc.), will broadcast the documentary, but the day hasn't been announced yet.
Very few people watch this channel in Italy, so the damage will not be that huge... But I'm still upset.

Russian First channel canceled TV broadcast after huge amount of complaints to government. They posted both parts on their website, it's free to watch until 20th of march

I'm Poland, where I'm from, it's been said that HBO will air the movie in April. And as for now it's available on the streaming site HBO GO

I wish I had more power in this... moments like this remind me how insegnificant in the world I am lol!

It's going to air soon in France, I'm so ****ing scared, I hope people won't annoy me with that :(
Even my mother who knows it's lies wants to watch it, I convinced her no to watch but well...

M6 is one of the biggest channels here...

They announced the airing dates: 19th and 20th March at 9.25 pm
The channel's Facebook page is receiving lots of complains, I hope they change their mind and don't air that s***
