Hi all, :hellooo:

I have literally just found this community and year ago I started a Youtube channel specialising in the Jackson 5 era called 'Jackson 5Things'... there is a chance those of you who enjoy that era may already know of it. My aim with the project was basically to upload everything I could (pre 1976) and in the best quality possible. I want to make the footage from the early years as accessible to any fans as possible and I also want to create a place where you can find it all in chronological order. I do occasionally edit footage when I think I can adapt it to create something people haven't seen before as well, so a lot of the videos on my channel are not else where on YouTube.

I guess this post is just to say hi on here, and that I think I may be creating something that the people in this community will appreciate Goes without saying but I don't have anything to gain money wise from the project or views, it's just my hobby and the response so far has been overwhelmingly good!
In fact I lied, I would be gaining something with more awareness... more potential chances of finding new footage, which would surely be a gain for everyone :clap: . Regular Jackson 5 fans (people who like the Jackson 5 more than any other era) seem pretty rare, so it's always wonderful to see more people like this!

Hi! I subscribed your channel! I think it´s very important to give a chance to the J5 because to me it´s important to understand Michael as an entertainer but also as a person. After all it´s where he started. I don´t understand those people who say: "I don´t like the J5, I only like MJ from 1979 on." Ok you don´t have to like the songs and whatever, but at least give it a try. It´s the beggining of everything! And some of his brothers are talented too.
