You Are Not Alone (Remixes part 2) Brazil release

Is there any fan who has this release?

Interesting to the outro part.

4. You Are Not Alone (R. Kelly Remix - With Live Concert Outro) 6:17

It's also on certain other official YANA CDs. ("With Live Concert Outro" is only on discogs, it's not written on the CDs). Just a bit of mass applause faded in at the very end.

One of the little gems to discover when you buy countless CDs of the same single. :D
Just like that TTA Dallas Austin Remix with extra guitar that was only on a UK 12" promo (also with the same remix title).

For a while I went a bit mental with buying MJs single cds for different mixes or alternate tracks that may be on them. Interesting stuff to have :)

Same here, I got infected by that collector virus when I saw those lists of official remixes that the Black & White magazine published in the mid 90s. Back then it was really difficult to find all those rare promo pressings with exclusive remixes. No eBay, no discogs, before internet basically. Fun times.

It's something I miss about those days in the 90s. Going into a record store and finding some new gem MJ single. There were so many kicking around in those days. Even in the months after the single had been released another format/edition would just randomly pop up.

Miss those days! and having to wait until you physically buy the cd/lp to hear it properly as only heard it on TV or radio. :(

Don't you mean TDCAU dallas austin remix?
I love this additional guitar because it sounds like the exact same guitar Dallas Austin used on the album version of TTA.

Thanks for all answers, but add some audience noise is not really a great thing to buy a Brazil single . . .
It reminds me to the audience edited into the Michael-album . . . Which sounds really fan-like

those were the days. Another thing is miss, singles taking a few months to reach to top of the charts. Now, they are released and straight to number 1. So cheap!

I got 2 promo-CD's of TTA. That part you are talking about is not one of them?

Or do you mean the 12'' Remix ?
The promo has 3 extended versions ;)

Oh, yes I meant his TDCAU remix. And true, sounds like the same guitar used on TTA.

Sorry, I meant TDCAU. The Dallas Austin Remix.
The version with the extra guitars is only on this one 12" promo:
https://www.discogs.com/Michael-Jackson-They-Dont-Care-About-Us-The-RB-Mixes/release/960802

Of TDCAU I have about 98% of all worldwide released CDs, 12", 7", MC and I found this version only on that XPR 3030 promo.

Anyone not knowing what we're on about...

This is the "Dallas Austin Main Mix" that was officially released globally on countless TDCAU singles (commercial and promo):

And this version with extra guitars (also just titled "Dallas Austin Main Mix")
only made it to one of those official 'not for sale' DJ promo vinyl records:

I used to buy from several mail orders from the UK and other countries. About every week I went to my local German bank, changed some Deutsche Mark into cash Dollars or British Pounds and sent my order via letter.

There were so many music mail orders around back then and a few ones somehow always had all the rare 'promo only' stuff. I remember feeling like a champ when I got those 'This Time Around' promos with lots of remixes. Felt so exclusive because most fans at the time probably didn't even know this had been released.

Back on topic... I just checked all my You Are Not Alone CDs.

If you're looking to have that "R. Kelly Remix" with the applause-ending, it's also on this US promo CD (Track 4):

(Interesting CD this one, for all the edits.)

But the applause version is probably also on some other CDs (also commercial ones).
(I collected the YANA single release only content-wise, to have all mixes / versions.)

The version without applause is for example on these two:

I'm not overly keen on that concert outro - I don't mind it I suppose. What I do really like is the outro generally of that R.Kelly remix - the bang, followed by MJ's yelp/breath over those synths/chords is simply stunning!! (approx 5.42 onwards). I wish those synths went on abit longer. On decent headphones or system the bass in this part is really something.
