If any youngsters are on here, have a look at how expensive vhs machines and movies were back in the 80s:eek: wow you had to be rich back then to afford these things..

Can you imagine a film on DVD today costing this much...:scream:

Is that real? 75 GBP for one film on video? Crazy. Especially that the british pound was worth a lot more back then.

How much was the Making Of Thriller homevideo back in 1984?
If that had a similar price... how on earth did that become a success?

I don't really remember my parents buying a lot of VHS tapes when I was a child back in the 80's and 90's because we just didn't have the money.

yeah they was very expensive. but anything that's new is expensive. even though they were i miss those days. michael knew what he was doing. back in the day you had to either rent or buy vhs. thriller was the most sales vhs. bless him.

new tecnology is expensive.
anyways, I was a teen in the 90ies...VHS movies people most of the time would rent in special VHS rentals.
you can imagine that some of those tapes suffered a lot hahaha

fun fact: in some of those rentals the porn section was as big as, if not bigger as the normal one lol
