MJ Signs To Legacy Records?

So is it right to safely assume that MJ has signed with Legacy Records and his new album will be through Legacy and not Sony? I get that from the fact that MJs website and myspace have Legacy at the bottom.
 
legacy records is for re-releasing old and archived stuff;) (hence the name)

legacy is a sony label that re releases old albums. nothing new gets released on it
