I'm pretty sure the AUDIO is NOT fake...
...but the visual however is from the official 'Give in to me' video MERGED with the live audio...you can tell coz it is not synched perfectly...so the audio is 'real' but the video is synched
 
Its is MJs vocals (fan made acapella) but its a fan playing the guitar. Also Michael has never sung this song live. It is a fake. The only official versions of this song are:

Instrumental

One demo version is known to fans as Love Is A Donut – no official release.

ok...thanks for letting me know:) Ive only been a mj fan since 2005..so im not fully up to speed about the authenticity of mj stuff floating around the net! Its always nice to learn though...thank you

Whoever, made that audio is cool though...it sounds real :)
