This Is It design I made for a shirt

I made this design in Photoshop today.
Im gonna put it on a white shirt and then wear it 8th July at the concert!
I really want to know your thoughts 'cause I've been making some different ones.

I'm not sure its finished yet. Maybe you can give me some advice what I can do to make it look better?
