    Default The Christmas Song

Hi I am a big record collector and I understand that there is a long version of "The Christmas Song" around. Does anyone know what pressing the five minute version is on? Vinyl LP version perfered. I bought an original but it wasn't on there. I have had the early 80's (which lists in but doesn't have it) and the 1987 classic vinyl version too. I still can't find one.

Hmmm, I never heard of a 5 minute version, this is interesting.

    The original was 2:45
And the only song that I know of on that album that has an alternate version is "up on the housetop": on a 2003 christmas cd, that had the tambourines cut off

Thanks for the info. I must of had some bad info on it. The second LP pressing listed it as 5 min even though it wasn't.
