In my city, Amersfoort, the free record shop is selling the This Is It single 3 days before it's release... On oct 9 it's available in this shop. Maybe all the free record shops will sell it earlier....

They also stated that they will sell the new album on oct 22. So go to your local free record shop and ask.....

What?!?

so Sony really DID mean the single would be released to retail on October 12th?
I presumed they worded their statement badly and they meant it would be released to radio on the 12th!

Wow, they have sabotaged this single! Why would they release a single with two weeks notice, without any music video, without any radio play, and without any other type of promotion at all??
Also, that day is going to be terrible for MJ in the UK. Robbie Williams and Alexandra Burke BOTH release singles that day. They have both been getting lots of coverage in the news and lots of airplay, so they will definitely claim No1 and No2 in the UK charts. The best MJ can hope for is No3. What a let down!
