I like Janet. She was always by Michael side (I think). I just don't know what happened in 2012 with Katherine's missing. It was so confusing! Anyone knows what happened?
I have been disappointed at her at times, like during the trial then she was almost never there because she was in the studio recording her 20 yo album but I guess it was to much for her to handle. There were also some horrific people on Janet forums during those years but I think those were MJ haters and not really Janet fans. Maybe the same people who tried to steal Charles Thomsons identity etc.
Me too. I like her but She had some atittudes that didnt looked good on her. Especially in 2012.
Still there are some brothers Who supported Michael in public but Behind close Doors the case changed. Even though Janet wasnt always there that doesnt mean She didn't supported him.
Thank you SO much for visiting #Perth @JanetJackson! I was in that enthusiastic group of boys not too far back from the front, and we danced and sang and cried. We love you so much and we LOVED seeing you show the crowd what legendary is. We are grateful! #JanFam #JanetJackson

About Katherine Jackson’s incident in 2012, she was originally about to go to Albuquerque (New Mexico) because she wanted to watch a reunion concert of her sons.
But she was duped into flying to a different direction, and more specifically to the Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa (in Tucson city).
Katherine Jackson also revealed under oath that during her nearly two-weeks, and against her will, stay at that Spa resort she was also cut off from any form of communication to the outside world (all of her mobile devices were disabled, including her cell phone).
This led to an issuing of a missing-person report about her and consequently also to a suspension of her guardianship of Michael Jackson's three kids.
After two weeks, she eventually returned back to home.
About Janet Jackson’s big absence during her brother’s trial in 2004-2005, the reason was not that she was recording in the studio her ‘20 Y.O.’ album during those two years.
She actually began recording that album the first months of 2006.
It has been also suggested by several sources close to the Jackson family that Janet Jackson did not even want to appear publicly with Michael Jackson during the first day of the trial (on January 16th, 2004).
These sources have suggested that it was Katherine Jackson who made her appear with her brother Michael Jackson on that day of the trial.
Okay but Jermaine, Rebbie, Janet and Randy were the ones involved in Katherine´s missing right? Because they wanted Katherine to lose custody of Michael´s kids and the money she received from Michael´s will right? They said the will was fake. At least that´s what I heard. And Marlon didn´t even knew where his mother was. That family really is a bit of a confusion. I don´t know if they really like Michael or they like his money better.
As for Janet´s big absence it´s a disapointment for me because I thought she was there to really support her brother not because Katherine made her go.
I don´t know. They all show up saying Michael was amazing and all but in the end some of them are so fake. To me Marlon, Jackie and Tito are the ones who are honest and really felt for Michael. Janet I don´t know, I like her but I´m disapointed. Rebbie I thought was good and all that but she did some things that makes me wonder, Latoya and Jermaine I don´t even comment. And Randy I heard he was crazy as hell! Poor Michael really.

Legends like Carlos Santana joined rising stars Adrienne Warren and Khalid at the mogul's annual bash, held this year amid Recording Academy controversy: "Tonight we come together to celebrate music."
Multiple standing ovations were the order of the evening at the Pre-Grammy Gala on Jan. 25.
The annual event at the Beverly Hilton, hosted by Clive Davis and the Recording Academy, got off to a riveting start with a cold open by Beck, whose medley included "Loser" and "Where It's At." Brandi Carlile — whose cover of Joni Mitchell's "A Case of You" was rewarded by a blown kiss from the icon — also partnered with Cyndi Lauper for a rendition of "Girls Just Want to Have Fun." For most of the night, the controversy ignited by the Recording Academy's ouster of CEO Deborah Dugan went unacknowledged, save for Davis' remark that "this is clearly a very tumultuous time for the Academy, but tonight we come together to celebrate music."
Other performers included Santana with Ryan Tedder, Miguel and Wyclef Jean; John Legend; and double Oscar nominee Cynthia Erivo soaring through a two-song tribute to attendee Janet Jackson. Beyoncé and Jay-Z were in the audience, and Nancy Pelosi held court at a table with Michael Douglas and Billy Porter. Motown's legacy was represented by tablemates Berry Gordy and Smokey Robinson. And huddled in conversation were Quincy Jones, Sherry Lansing and Lou Adler.
Closing out the evening, Salute to Industry Icons honoree Sean "Diddy" Combs could have won an award for longest acceptance speech. His often humorous 40-minute thank you was equally passionate and hard-hitting as he closed by taking the troubled Academy to task for its lack of diversity and transparency — "Truth be told, hip-hop has never been respected by the Grammys," he said — eliciting cheers and applause.
Before the Jan. 25 gala, Davis and 15 music stars sat for an exclusive group photo for The Hollywood Reporter and Billboard at the Beverly Hilton.

Nice for her to see that's she's back with some recognition, she deserves it ! I bet she changed her PR team, because she was almost invisible for her last album promo.
