I'm more interested in hearing from his personal doctor since he was the last one to speak to michael or the first one to find him lying there. The real info won't come til a few weeks.

Michael did have a blood vessel situation in the eighties. So maybe he had been dealing when a bad heart or sick body from birth. He had vitiligo which is auto-immune (his body attacking itself) so God only knows what other underlying problem he had.
