Re: The Official New Album Thread - Discussion Only
you guys remember a few years back when Raymond Bane said MJ had been getting ready to produce a music video. It is possible, though unlikely, that it was completed. If it was that would definitely be awesome!
I doubt it though just...
Re: The Official New Album Thread - Discussion Only
I'm really hoping the single is Another Day. After Hold my Hand, One More Chance, the Katrina single I just know whatever the first single is it will probably be some weak ballad. that's all we have had new to listen to in the last 9 years...
You mean a legal agreement between MICHAEL JACKSON AND THE CHANDLERS? Not a legal agreement between MJ's insurance company and the Chandler's? Because there is no document or contract between the insurance company and the Chandlers. There is only the settlement between MJ and the Chandlers...
sorry man but I prefer reality over fantasty when voicing an opinion. You guys are acting like spin doctors.
Why not just tell the truth. Michael wanted to move on with his life and focus on his career instead of focusing on a civil trial that could last years and distract the world from his...
I did tell that side of the story. Watch the video link I posted. Mj also tells the exact same circumstances I stated. It is nothing like what you guys are claiming. It was not his insurance company that settled.
That's exactly what happened. MMichael Jackson did give them money from his own pocket to get rid of the problem fast. He did not want a humiliating drawn out publicized civil trial. This is his side of the story, not just mine. Your trying to spin what happened to make it seem like MIchael...
So please stop making it look like MJ didn't settle. You admit here he settled which is what I'm saying. If your going to argue with somebody then argue with the people claiming he didn't settle. You admitted he settled so why are you arguing with me and not the people claiming otherwise...
this is all true. the people saying MJ did not settle and that the insurance company did are not telling the truth. Yes MJ's lawyer tried to make that argument when Sneddon wanted the settlement brought in as evidence. Messeraue said Mj never wanted to settle, the judge looked at the...
She didn't write, negotiate, or sign the contract. Even if MJ had given it to us, the words and signatures in the contract would be exactly the same as they are.
I understand that Messerau, however you spell his name, had to defend MJ any and every way he could. I don't blame him for that. I don't blame him for trying to paint a picture that MJ didn't want to settle. But it's in the settlement. MJ agreed to it, and he has acknowledged on more than...
that is a lie. read the settlement and the part where MJ signs the statement "I Michael Jackson agree to settle." On page 22 MJ even signed the agreement. the insurance company wasn't even a party to it. They had no say in the matter.
You are being dishonest.
Maybe so. Messereau did say that MJ got bad advice at the time HE decided to settle.
But if people are going to talk about protecting his legacy than they should do so with truth. Michael Jackson settled the civil lawsuit.
Unless MJ and his lawyer were on his side he didn't get out of it. The police and the DA being on his side doesn't stop MJ and his team from calling him to the stand.
The only way they would not call him to the stand is if they thought it wouldn't have helped MJ. The DA is always on the...
