Walgren is putting it into context that altho Michael may have received propofol he knew he needed to be monitored; that doctors had told him it was safe. He wasn't being reckless; he trusted Murray to keep his eyes on him; that a doctor who monitor him. Walgren, you are a gem! I heart you...
