Re: [General Discussion] AEG files their summary judgment motion asking to dismiss Katherine's lawsu
Agree. "Hired" was the wrong word to use in that context.
I hope more people are open to this theory. Granted, I get if Michael vented to someone that he was unhappy WHILE he was unhappy and...
Re: [General Discussion] AEG files their summary judgment motion asking to dismiss Katherine's lawsu
Paris' statement about Tohme really had me thinking. It pretty much throws a big splash of water on a majority of the conspiracy theories, whether it's mentioned in this trial or not. One of...
I think we are going to see tears soon. I predict nervous breakdown in 5..4...3...
and I wouldn't blame him. Chernoff isn't doing the best job in regard to facts. He's basically pleading to the jury to leave Murray alone. He didn't really mean to kill MJ so let's all just forget about it. Poor...
He's such a twat! No one stated Murray should have stood still while calling 911. You call, put them on speaker, and keep doing as much CPR as he could. He coulda been talking to them on speaker while he was lifting MJ's legs up uselessly for Lord only knows how long. I cannot believe he's...
Now he's trying to blame Kai Chase for not calling 911 or for going out to get security. smh. Yes, yes...it's EVERYBODY else's fault for why Murray does't call 911. The time he spent running downstairs shouting at Kai and going back upstairs his ass coulda been on speakerphone with 911. GTHOH!
CLOSE YOUR MOUTH, Murray!!!
I was about to say maybe he has a cold but he wasn't like this when Walgren was speaking. He had that smug whatever look on his face. Something has changed. Hearing the call of Big Bubba, perhaps?
He's now talking about the character witnesses and Murray's...
He does look worried. He's taking these short quick breaths thru the mouth. Looks like he's quietly hyperventilating or trying not to. Homeboy is defo having some kind of reaction. Maybe hearing his own lawyer speak is scaring the ish out him knowing how well Walgren did.
He's challenging the drip theory. The problem is the urine confirms a drip had to have been used for THAT much propofol to have been in it. He's basically trying to make out that the prosecution, LAPD (Fleak) and Alvarez have concocted a scenario (bottle in the bag) to support the drip theory...
Now bringing up the point of Det. Smith not seeing the propofol bottle in the bag. Smith notes only a lorazepam bottle in a bag.
Here come all the flaws with the case. No doubt Chernoff was going to try to exploit them. It's his only hope.
He is so disjointed and he just started. His speech has had no real beginning as a "storyteller". He just jumped in and I can't follow this crazy-a timeline he's talking about.
Looks like they are going to go with the security conspiracy theory. Attacking Alavarez now. sigh. Talking about tho...
Damn, I missed the White reference and the iv in the pocket thing. Will have to check it on youtube when uploaded. Got called away from my office. I see he got the urine evidence in as well.
David Walgren is fecking AMAZING! He has given Michael the best representation he could have ever asked...
Walgren is putting it into context that altho Michael may have received propofol he knew he needed to be monitored; that doctors had told him it was safe. He wasn't being reckless; he trusted Murray to keep his eyes on him; that a doctor who monitor him.
Walgren, you are a gem! I heart you...
