Spike understands the message of TDCAU as much as Michael. This new video delivers that message to a modern audience as the old ones did back in the 90's.
Great video and thank you Spike,
Michael's songs reflect real life. He understood the real problems in the World and wanted to make a change.
He himself was a victim of police brutality and racism.
But with each view there's a chance that somebody saw the video and heard the song for the first time.
If the video starts trending, then maybe millions will see it for the first time.
Each view has the chance of spreading the message. Maybe more people will understand the hurt.
I think you might be right.
Us MJ fans might be a little too enthusiastic to spread Michael's message.
The views are still coming. Maybe we should just believe.
The message of the song is too strong.
People are hurting and will immediately understand it's messages.
I think that merchandise will not be appropriate. But a new music video with clips of protests and police brutality (basically a official version of the fan-made ones) will be a better way...
"Elton John "I'd be dead by now (if I had not gotten sober) or a fruitcake like Michael Jackson or Prince" (Rush & Malloy in the New York Daily News, August 22, 2001)"
I honestly don't know why people like this guy so much. So overrated. Didn't write most of his songs. And is bitter against...
A little off topic......
I do think that these companies need to be held accountable when these things happen to their underage stars. Just like schools have a duty of care to their pupils. If a teacher notices that something is seriously wrong with their student or they suspect somebody is...
I did a little digging and found he has called himself both Trent Smith and Blanket. Insinuating that both Michael and Will are his fathers. He is also accusing Nick Cannon of similar stuff.
I don't think Michael or Will ever met this guy (outside the usual award shows, and maybe not even then)...
To answer your question: No, because a significant number of fans won't accept it.
Another problem is that critics would want to see Michael's scandals. Fans probably wouldn't want to see that. And the estate might not accept that.
If they did make a film, it would most certainly be about...
I agree.
Also, by the time Bad came out, everything Michael related had big value. Why would a company decide to throw away the original film? I would understand if some of it is missing. But all those music videos and and concerts. That is way too much material to go missing.
My guess is that...
People also forget Michael was a perfectionist.
I think he had many anxieties about not being able to perform a song well. I think it came from his terrible childhood.
If you watch the earliest rehearsals for any tour, you can see Michael trying to sing everything. But he knows his limits.
He...
There should be professional courtesy.
But to go out of their way to use Michael's name just for a laughs (on TV) is wrong. Or to use him just to sell your false story to the tabloids is worse.
Especially when Michael helped paved the way for many in the industry.
I think the brightness and colour issues is because of 3D.
3D glasses are dark and Thriller is dark. So to compensate, the film has to be made lighter.
