[SIZE=-1]I was at the Chicago Airport getting ready to go home on my first military leave. MJ and his entourage was walking through. I was in a hurry ran through the crowd that had gathered and almost right into MJ. A bodyguard grab me and was rather surprised when I was more interested in catching my plane then who I was about ready to run in to. [SIZE=-1]My name is Andrea Patel. When I was 6 years old I met Michael Jackson here in Toronto and he personally invited my family to his concert. Soon after he would phone us, and send us boxes of stickers/gum. Then to top it off he dedicated the single 'The way you Make me Feel' to me. Dedicated to Andrea Patel of Canada, I love you. It's something I have never been able to live down, even if I try. People are always fascinated by this and refer to him as my best bud even though I don't talk to him anymore. It truly was 15 minutes of fame! [/SIZE]

[SIZE=-1]My parents decided to take me out of school one day when I was in junior high school about seven years ago to go to Thorpe Park. My parents and myself were walking outside one of the restaurants in the park, when all of a sudden from round a corner came one of those buggy thingies that are used as transports in theme parks. I was tying my shoelace at the time, and this buggy was going at an alarming rate! I looked up in time to see the buggy and rolled out of the way. Not once did the irresponsible driver say he was sorry! When my parents looked into the buggy and saw who it was--none other than Michael Jackson-- they wished that they'd pushed me under the wheels! Now that’ loving parents for you! [/SIZE]

[SIZE=-1]I was working at my uncle's restaurant in Palm Beach, when in walked Michael Jackson, and no I am not his biggest fan, but I still was a bit starstruck. And this was the one day I forgot my camera. I really embarassed myself because when he ordered his food I just stood there with my mouth hanging open and eyes wide. It's something we all laugh at now, and just the day before my uncle had said not to expect any stars, since they usually didn't come that time of year. The day I saw Michael was my uncle's first day he ever took off, and he missed a star. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=-1]I was waiting for my father who's working in the airport. I was at cargo departure area which no passengers are passing there. I have no idea that Michael Jackson will come to the Philippines. I didn't recognize that the king of pop was standing three footsteps beside me because he was wearing a cowboy hat and dark sunglasses. The only thing that I noticed is that his all black clothes are very unusual. He's wearing a leader jacket with buckles, leader pants, high boots, dark sunglasses, and a cowboy hat which is not normal with the hot climate in the Philippines. But still I didn't recognize him until the fans are shouting Michael Jackson and then the king of pop runs to the SUV automobile and hangs to outside bars while the SUV is running slowly and waves to the fans. My only regret is that I could have talked to him and taken pictures since that is the once in a life time moment in my life. [/SIZE]

I asked someone, what is it, and they said, It's Michael Jackson! I took my son as far as I could, and when he walked by, Michael Jackson shook his hand and said, "How ya doin?", then walked by. Both men and body guards came into my antique shop

I had a small antique shop. One afternood a gentleman brought some items to me for payment. I tried to make general conversation. I didn't know who he was till after both Jacksons left the mall. I had wondered why other dealers were in my shop sort of hiding behind fixtures. As soon as they left one of my friends told me it was Michael and Joe Jackson.

Michael Jackson at the Software Store

I was working at the software store in the mall in Santa Maria, California, when Michael Jackson entered with a group of children. He had a little, silk medical mask over his nose and mouth. At first I didn't believe it was him because his skin was whiter than mine. But crowds were following him.

The children he brought with him swarmed the software store. A boy wanted a hint book for a video game, and I was working the cash register. Michael Jackson paid with a hundred-dollar bill. I was so nervous, I could barely make change. I turned to my coworker for help, but he wouldn't help me.

By now quite a crowd had gathered outside the software store. I finally gave him his change.

"You're a doll," he said to me, and he left with the kids.

I met and shook hands with Michael Jackson at a National Educator Awards Banquet in LA in 1991. I was an awardee at the Milken National Educators conference; Michael Jackson happened to be there as part of the banquet entertainment.

I was in the restaurant of the hotel and was just coming out to the lobby and Michael Jackson and his entourage were coming in to check in and I almost fell into him because I was putting my wallet away and just walked in to their crowd without noticing that they were there in the entryway.

Michael Jackson met my adopted son in hospital after being born premature (10 weeks weighed 2lbs 7oz.), and held his hand, petted and kissed his forehead, said a prayer for him 17 years ago at UC DAVIS Hospital in Sacramento, Calif. in 1987. Michael Jackson happens to be my favorite artist, the first album I ever acquired when a teenager. And I named my son, Michael (meaning of name=arch angel)....go figure!

When I was in high school, I was the president of the key club on campus. I was allowed to go to Washington, D.C., for a convention at the Washington Hilton, July 2-5 of 1972. While there, Michael Jackson and his brothers were staying there. When I went to the pool in one of the private elevators, it just so happens that Michael and two body guards were going to the pool also. I had a chance to chat with him at that time, but he was a little young. At the time one of the popular songs he was singing was "ABC." He was a nice guy.

My family had gone to Disneyland on Easter day because we thought it would be less crowded. This was around 1985. I was 10. The day was long and still very crowded. Disneyland was closing and we were one of the last people leaving the park. As we stopped by the lockers, we saw a weird looking man in one of the shops. He was surrounded by huge bodyguards. You couldn't help but notice him. So, we went in to see who it was. This guy had a huge witch nose and very bad skin. Then we realized that it was Michael Jackson with a lot of makeup on his face to hide his identity. We were excited to see someone that famous, and no one was approaching him. So, we asked for his autograph and he appologized for looking so horrible. He signed our receipt and off we went.

This is kind of an old story. I was at Disneyland when I was about 14 or 15 years old. I was in line for the Star Tours ride when all of a sudden everyone started shouting and taking pictures. They had stopped the ride across from us (that People Mover ride) to let Michael Jackson and his group on. He was wearing a red, kind of silky, long sleeved button up shirt, black pants, a black hat, dark glasses, and that white armband thing around his upper arm. Not until a few years later did I realize who the child was that was with him. It was that boy that first accused Michael of child molestation (the one that was settled out of court).

lol..sounds like the woman named Denise Defalco and her girlfriend are fans..cus they deliberately looked for MJ's house in Encino at that time in 1997

Guiness Book Of World Records' tallest woman in the world
(7ft 7 1/4 ins) Sandy Allen also met Michael.
In an interview by journalist Buck Wolf in 2001 she talked about meeting Michael Jackson:


"Buck: Tell me about your meeting with Michael Jackson. I understand it was back in the '80s, when he was at the height of his fame.

Sandy: I was working at a Guinness exhibit in San Francisco. This young black man came up to her one evening and introduced himself as Michael Jackson. Of course, I didn't believe him. '"Yeah sure," I said to him. "And I'm the next president of the United States." But it turns out, he really was Michael Jackson. He came back the next day with autographed copies of his albums and I sent him an autographed copy of the Guinness Book of World Records. I was truly impressed with his humble kindness.I still can't believe he sought me out."

Unfortunately Sandy Allen died on August 13, 2008. She was 53 years old.
