Safechuck's family waste company has shareholders, who should receive a share of the profits, according to their shareholding and whatever agreements are in place. The plaintiff (Complainant) is saying that he hasn't received his expected share of profits since 2010. He's also saying that Safechuck, or someone else associated with the Comapny has pressured him to sell his shareholding. The amount in dispute is unclear, but seems to be in excess of $200k. The date on the complainants claim is April 2013.
