I really really hope someday Jordan Chandler and Gavin Arvizo will come forward and tell the truth. Tell the world it was their parents that startet it all to get money and say MJ was innocent. - It would really make a huge difference if they came forward. - Doubt it will ever happen. Maybe they could write it in their last wills - at least then the truth would come forward.

I know Chandler and MJ was not allowed to speak about it, BUT - Only MJ's Estate could complain if Chandler di say stuff and if he came forward and told MJ was 100 % innocent I am very sure the MJ estate would have no problems with that. - And they sure would not demand he paid money back or anything. So I don't think it would be a problem at all.

Funny, they say they are going to appeal again and continue with this fraud as if the estate would ever stop fighting and appealing too.

If Wade and his crazy team ever won on even a minute level, the estate would appeal it. And keep on appealing. This is a no win situation for Wade. Finaldi would get all his money in fees if he ever managed to get even a nickle out of this scam.

Just plain stupid at this juncture to keep on going with it, but then Wade prove to be that when he filed this case after all the years of glowing attestments about MJ's kindness and humanity. What an idiot.

^ You have every reason to be excited. An appeal is simply requesting a higher level of law to consider to go against the judges ruling. After Finaldi taking his last moments in front of the judge to insult his character - it does not show much respect to the justice system.

I have sometimes wondered if Jordan might make more comments after his mother dies. I am not knowledgeable about what their relationship is like now, but if he discloses that his parents forced him to lie, then presumably it will incriminate his mother or make her open to legal repercussions.

That is a good point. That could very well be the case. If he has any remorse/conscience I think he will make a public statement eventually. It would be a huge game changer for sure. It's interesting that he never tried to sell any books/docs like his uncle. (We don't know all of the legal terms of the settlement) but even Jordans behaviour is completely different from Wade/James when you try to compare. (Then again, Jordan already inherited his "payday" while Wade/James are still looking for theirs). I'll give Jordan a very small amount of credit for at least speaking up in private what we all know is true.

Jordan would have to have a conscience, parent alive or not. Homage to his parent when he was a child is one thing, but he's a full fledged adult now, and knows how he devatasted MJ's life. It's been long past time for him to tell the truth. But that would take courage and honor as well, and his continued silence speaks loudly to his lack of those traits.

However, I do still hold out hope for him to do the right thing as you do, but if it is to happen, I see it happening more on HIS death bed, when he doesn't have to deal with fallout.

I agree that the biggest challenge to getting justice for Michael is the media shutdown on any story that contradicts their chosen narrative. However if Jordan does recant (which I admit seems like a long shot), I can't believe the media could possibly ignore it. They may try to spin it to minimise the impact, but as it was the first allegation I can't see how they would be able to not broadcast it.
