Is there any news on the Jacksons' albums being remastered?

I remember there was a thread about The Jacksons' albums being re-released. Are there any updates?

I don't thing Sony feels there is an interest on The Jacksons after the weak showing of "The Essential Jacksons" performance on the charts. So your best shot is to just order that cd. It has remastered tracks.

As I don't know any person who bought one of these re-issues, I still don't know whether the tracks have been digitally remastered or not.

I guess a fan has to buy this, check it and tell us

Looks like the same CDs to me. Nobody uses that "Compact Disc" logo anymore. I don't think that would be on there if they were new versions

These pictures are just uploaded by fans as anybody can upload an image on Amazon


I don't think that these are actual shots of the covers of the re-issues because those very pictures (this particular size and image quality (not HD) can be easily found via Google.
