Re: Michael's mom reported missing /TJ temp Guardianship/Grandma's Home

Can anyone else remember Michael saying that he only trusts his mother, then quietly adding: "and sometimes I even wonder about her"? I'm certain I haven't just made this up, and I'm sure there must be someone else who remembers this.

Saw it on MSNBC Dan Abrams show. The video played in court during the 2005 trial. MJ said he trust only katherine, and sometimes he is not sure. Video did not get any media play because MJ came across very likable and sympathetic.

I too have been wondering that statement about Janet has her own money and her boyfriend is billionaire!
By looking at that estates second accounting, and what they pay for Katherine, payments for all the houses (Encino, LV and Gary home) I suppose Janet had to pay all those costs, so no wonder she wants MJ estate to pay all that. Eventually all those payments and her own family demands would have drained her bank balance to 0.
What comes to boyfriend being billionaire, well said! It doesn't mean he gives millions to Janet just like that, he may pay their holidays etc things but I doubt he is supporting Janet's payments to her family. I wouldn't be surprise if he takes off after seeing that Janet comes with crazy family:)

If boyfriend is smart he will run as fast as he can from that crazy witch. Janet messed up more than her public image. I'm sure her boyfriends family will tell him to get far away from her. It won't be long before we hear of a break-up.

I was thinking the same thing too, unless she gives him a different reason for her involvement. I was wondering if his family would not tell him to break up too. Maybe he is not concerned about his family's views since he is a grown man and maybe he is not too traditional. Who knows, maybe Janet is giving him what he wants whatever that is. I hope he did not get involve with her for her celebrity status, because her glamor as this wholesome middle age sweety will certainly change. I guess after some time, we will see her in small shows.

Sure families have misunderstandings but if one of my siblings had tried to bully my children EVER they'd no longer be a part of my life. You can choose your friends but you can't choose your relatives.

Some of you have mentioned Alejandra's book and it has gotten me curious about reading it. Is there somewhere online I can read it? Don't really feel like paying for it ;)

Just saw Tom Mesereau & some reporter from X17online being interviewed on CNN right now. Mesereau unfortunately still sounds clueless about the Jackson family and this crazy situation, with the exception of his comments about Murray wanting Katherine to visit him in jail, and of course, the reporter is pro-Randy's camp.

Alejandra's book is not out yet, but you can read Margaret Maldonado's book on Jetzi to get an insight into the dysfunction within the family. Same shit, different day.

I wonder how cousins are acting around PPB, are they still friends? Paris used to tweet a lot to Genevieve, but as Paris and Junior blew up family plot, I wonder if cousins feel hostile against them for exposing their mothers and fathers publicly?

Ever since Michael died I have wondered how the whole cousin dynamic would play out in the future. That is PPB owning a billion dollar empire and the rest of the cousins not. I had hoped none of it would be a problem until they were adults. Now I don't know.

I don't doubt that throughout the trial the Jackson family made a good showing of being loving and supportive of Michael. TMez would have seen them acting all concerned and united. So I could understand how he feels that they would be incapable of this act.

However, I have always maintained that there is a reason why Michael fled the country and did not keep in contact with the Jacksons, once he was acquitted. Michael was a man who felt a deep longing for family, belonging and unconditional love. And if he was receiving that FROM HIS OWN FAMILY, he would not have distanced himself from them.

^^ This just shows that despite of what Randy suggested Prince and his siblings are unlikely to have been brainwashed by Trent. They made their own conclusion of the situation.

Re: Michael's mom reported missing /TJ temp Guardianship/Grandma's Home

What I find ridiculous is that these articles keep saying that Janet does not need the money and part of their reason is that she has a billionaire boyfriend. What does that have to do with it? His income is not hers. It does not mean he gives her billions a year or even millions. They are not married, so it is not as though if she divorces she gets a large sum. That relationship could finish anytime and she will still have to depend on her income.
That's true. Many people, especially Janet fans, seem to think that Janet must be doing this for some other reason because she doesn't need the money, but I'm not sure about that. I've heard people say that she must have a lot of cash because recently she did that weight loss commercial - but then on other hand, doing the weight loss thing might as well mean that she does want the cash. I mean, why else would she do a weight loss commercial if not for money?

The only reason I can think of for Janet's involvement in this crazy mess is that she doesn't want to be the next cash cow for the family. She probably doesn't want to be in the same situation as Michael, where her family ask for money all the time. I don't think anyone wants to be in that position, it's just really sad to see what she's willing to do to avoid that. I mean, if she's helping her siblings to get money from the estate she's essentially helping them steal from Michael's three minor children.

To me, it was mainly the fans that were outraged and document the seriousness of their behavior. The media painted the Jacksons behavior as more "oh those crazy Jacksons look at what they are up to now." The media should have made that same outcry as they did when they called German authorities and asked that Michael be put in jail after the Blanket incident. Look how quickly authorities got involved after the Bashit broadcast. From the time Paris made the first day's tweets about grandma, some adult who noticed in LA should have called the authorities including her lawyer. They took too long to react, why, because it is only Michael kids?
I agree. Michael's definitely always been held to a different standard than everybody else. Things would have been totally different if Michael had done what RRJJ have done now. But now that the person doing crazy things is not Michael, and the people who suffer in this mess are only Michael's kids, most people don't seem to care very much.

The media seems to have mostly accepted that Katherine was just resting in a spa, and the whole thing was just a misunderstanding. It seems like it's only fans who see what a serious, scary situation this is. Even if Katherine really decided to have a relaxing vacation without contacting the kids she's responsible for, that would still be a really disturbing situation. And the Jacksons act like the only thing worth worrying about is whether Katherine is safe or not, and now that she's home everything is fine. I'm glad she had a nice spa trip, but my main concern here is the kids. But it does seem like it's only us fans who feel that way.

^ Yes, i agree, the judge seems to take it seriously, even if noone else is.

But they cant use kat and children as pawns over thier issue with the Estate Its a whole seperate issue He trying to take focus off the fact they isolated Kat from those children .. They tramatized the kids especially little Blanket they lied to gradnma and almost cuased her to loose guardianship .. Your cant brush that under the rug and say all families argue and we will heal CRAP ..

Why are you so sure mrs j was used in the same way as ppb? I haven't seen anything that explains why she never contacted ppb during that week and a half. Her lawyer never came up with an explanation, instead said that mrs j had a laugh at reports she had a mini-stroke - odd reaction, wd have thought distress at how this news could have affected ppb whilst she was awol wd have been a more appropriate reaction. Whatever explanation mrs j told prince when she arrived home, clearly didn't work for him as he took to his twitter and said she was 'misguided' not just a case of her being lied to. If mrs j was deliberately prevented from phoning them, then i would expect a huge denunciation of her children and real anger, as clearly her first priority are the minor children in her care, esp after meeting with ppb and hearing how they had felt that past week. But from prince;s tweet i got no sense of outrage on behalf of his grandma at how she had been forcilbly isolated from them, but just a comment on how she was misguided and lied to.

Anyway that's my take on it, but i'm still at a complete loss at how someone on a minibreak who has had a half hour interview with the local police to ascertain her safety due to concerns for her whereabouts from back home, not feel that she should ring back home to quell any concerns for the 3 young children she's responsible for. I'm sure the judge will be asking those questions at the hearing whenever it is. Presumably he's not going to rule on the guardianship issue until he has done his interviewing of ppb.

Wow i read this in the news thread *no discussion there*:

It is clear that anyone who stands up against the Executors of the Estate - John Branca, John McClain and their attorney Howard Weitzman - is denied access to my mother.

7) It is my fear and belief, that they are trying to take my mother’s life.

That is from tweets from randy. Wtf... Why would anybody take her life? is he insane? And is Tito allowing Randy to call his son in public a liar????????

I dont get it :S What the hell is going on there?

And what is that news that katherine had ACCESS to a phone? Why didnt she call? She wasnt isolated as she says she was, so claimed the resort and i dont believe a room has no phone, every room has a phone, and prob wifi too. right?

What are your thought about this guys?

well the judge seems to think about the kids and their is this indepedent probe so we will see what the judge thinks about all this unity crap

Yes the judge seems intereseted in the well being of the kids, but I don't think they kids are going to mention everything they know.

They love Katherine and I don't think they'll will say anything that will jeopardize her guardianship. The kids are smart, they will know what to say & what to keep quite.

^^ it depends how a good the interviewer is. They are specially trained in this type of thing unlike pathetic talk show hosts. And besides they aren't just interviewing Prince who might be able to side step question he might not want to give too much away on ( although I really think he will take the opportunity to lay it all out) they are interviewing Blanket too and his facial expressions alone will speak volumes as they always do.

Does Katherine have to be present at the hearing? Hoe I wish the judge have a conversation with her and ask her why she put her grandchildren in a contract with the owner of a porn website.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't think a person with a grain of sense & concern for children would do such a thing.

The damage is done. From what i'm seeing most of the public is sickened by this story. They think what happened to these kids was just terrible and they are just baffled by Janet's involvement and they just think Katherine is weak. And I see no one wanting Katherine to get custody of these kids again. And it's so bad, most folks seem to think Janet won't ever recover from it. They think the whole "She's the normal one" image is dead. And even though you have those who stupidly are blaming the kids, most folks are giving the kids mad props for exposing this scheme. Why do you think Janet fans are so upset? The card they've used for so long is gone.

And there aren't too many people that's not going to want to puke when they read about the kids being at the concert last night.

Debbie Rowe, mother of Michael Jackson's eldest kids concerned about their guardianship

Debbie Rowe has been following developments in the family's public battle over beloved matriarch Katherine Jackson and is hoping to get more information on a proposal to add Michael's nephew TJ Jackson, 34, as a permanent co-guardian ahead of a court hearing next week, a well-placed source told the Daily News Friday.

By Nancy Dillon / NEW YORK DAILY NEWS

Debbie Rowe, Michael Jackson's ex-wife and mother of his two eldest kids, has concerns about a plan to permanently change their guardianship.

The biological mother of Michael Jackson's two eldest kids has concerns about a plan to permanently change their guardianship - and she wants assurances from the Gloved One's mom.

"Debbie would like Katherine to consult her before making any changes to the agreement they worked out together after Michael died," the source said. "This would set up a whole different dynamic. She needs to see more details."

Rowe raced back to southern California from a horse show last weekend when she heard family members reported Katherine missing, the source said.

Though she handed Michael full custody of son Prince Michael, now 15, and daughter Paris, now 14, when they divorced in 1999, and didn't intervene after his death, Rowe has seen the kids on more than one occasion in the last three years, the source said.

The visitation was part of an agreement she struck with Katherine directly - a pact that also called for limited interaction with patriarch Joe Jackson, the source said.

Rowe, 53, was concerned about Joe's influence because Michael had accused his dad of physical abuse, sources previously told The News.

"As long as Katherine is still actively involved (with the kids), there shouldn't be a problem. But they never agreed to let TJ be a decision maker. (Rowe) knows TJ from when he was little. She knows he's close to the kids. But she might ask for more custodial responsibility if he's making decisions she doesn't agree with," the Rowe source said Friday.

TJ has been helping Katherine care for the kids at their Calabasas home and was granted temporary guardianship Wednesday amid a familial fracas pitting Michael's three kids against his siblings Janet, Jermaine, Randy and Rebbie.

Prince and Paris voiced allegations on Twitter that they were blocked from speaking with Katherine during a surprise 9-day trip to an Arizona spa organized by the aunts and uncles.

Re: Michael's mom reported missing /TJ temp Guardianship/Grandma's Home

"Despite a public family showdown, Katherine Jackson and Michael Jackson's three kids all showed up at the Jackson Brothers' "Unity Tour" ... even though one of the members, Jermaine Jackson, is actively trying to overthrow the MJ estate.

TMZ obtained footage of Katherine arriving at the concert in Saratoga last night (to a small round of applause from the crowd) where Marlon, Tito, Jackie and Jermaine are continuing their tour, despite the current family rift.
Katherine wasn't there alone ... Prince, Paris and Blanket tagged along with their grams -- who just last week was reported missing after spending a week in Arizona with other members of the Jackson clan.

During the concert, Jermaine -- who is on opposite sides of the feud than his band mate brothers -- played a whole set by himself ... singing several songs as a solo act.

We're told MJ's kids, who were watching from the crowd, didn't appear to be having that much fun. "

No doubt a part of the plan to prove Jerma's "it's all about family and unity" tweets....

Prince wrote that text message to them a few hours after the incident at the Calabasas home.

Did he really? I had never paid attention to that, but if Janet still didn’t want to let them talk to Katherine even after she had offered to take them all to Arizona to see Katherine, then it’s proof that they truly never had any intention of taking them to see Katherine. And they wanted their passports… What for? Were they trying to kidnap them, take them out of the country and cut off all communication with the outside world? Kinda disturbing… If Randy is not above attacking the kids in the media, I wouldn’t put it past him to harm the kids physically. I hope the Judge will know the whole story and take all this into account, not just the fact that Katherine went on vacation...

Rowe raced back to southern California from a horse show last weekend when she heard family members reported Katherine missing, the source said.

See, this is what Katherine should have done…

I don't think the kids minded seeing jackie, tito and marlon but who would want to see jermaine after what he did? They probably did it for katherine. Jermaine can save the tweets. The only thing that people care about in that family is Michael's money. I don't care about what they have to say ever again. Michael would be ashamed of them.
