This thread is for general announcements from MJJC Administration.

It is also for feedback from the community, about the announcements and about anything that members would like to see happening, or not happening.

Constructive, productive discussion and positive Q & A sessions are most welcome.

This is an Administrator Announcement: Members need to give out THANKS and Positive Reps. to each other more often. It's free, guys. Just like a smile, it costs you nothing and makes someone else feel happy, visible and validated.

I'm not saying we need to hand them out like candy, but in my opinion, we can definitely do MORE than we have been doing, in this area. Let's boost those user points and achievement levels, shall we?

Yours in Positivity,
Mikky Dee

Congratulations to StaceyMJ and Daryll748 who have been promoted from their previous roles as Staff Members/Moderators to Administrators, so now we have become a team of three hard-working (and approachable) Co-Administrators.

I'm sure Stacey and Daz will continue to do a wonderful job here at MJJC and I am looking forward to working alongside them to keep MJJC strong and vibrant, as the year unfolds.

In case members haven't seen this slight tweak to our rules (in the Name Change Request thread) we have relaxed the rule on user name changes, just slightly. Name change requests will now be allowed more than once (as long as the privilege is not abused by members). There will be a six month waiting period after a name change, before another name change will be considered.

Staff maintain the right to make name changes at their discretion and will discuss requests with members in the name change request thread, as usual.

Going forward, a log will be kept in a staff thread, making note of when name changes have come into effect and what members' previous user names were.

Keep on Michael-ing! (y)

To all of the wonderful members of MJJC,

We would like to encourage everyone to PLEASE embed videos in threads, in future, rather than just posting links to youtube and other sites. Links take user traffic away from our site and onto other sites. We would prefer to keep our members here, watching and talking about videos IN THE THREADS, as much as possible.

It's not compulsory, but rather a positive suggestion - in my experience, people often can't be bothered to click on a link and follow it; they are much more willing to watch a video if it is right in front of them. Threads also look more appealing with videos embedded, rather than a whole bunch of nondescript links.

Thank you!

Happy video viewing to all!

Administration Announcement: There has been a slight rewording of MJJC Rules for the Michael Jackson News and Discussion Forum.

Please read the revision carefully, as this is both an update and a reminder. We have recently moved a few threads from the news and discussion forum into other sub-forums on the site, which we feel are a better fit for the content of those threads.

The rule: Michael Jackson News and Discussion Forum.

Since the Michael Mania sub-forum has been merged with the Michael Jackson News sub-forum, there has been a title change and therefore this section of the site is for both news AND discussion. News articles, official announcements and current events constitute "news", whilst other more general topics about Michael Jackson the man, or his body of work, constitute "discussion".

Please be aware that any new threads posted in the Michael Jackson News and Discussion forum are automatically posted to MJJC social media accounts, so think very carefully about whether what you are posting is appropriate and/or worthy for this section and for social media.

We cannot stress this enough: please make sure to search and check to see if your topic has already been created. We do not wish to have MJJC social media flooded with the same news stories and discussion topics over and over again, or with topics that we might consider to be "fluff" topics, with very little substance, intellectual value, or professionalism attached to them.

To summarise -

News is official announcements, current events and news articles which are both reliable and sourced.

Discussion needs to be about Michael the man, the humanitatian, or about his body of work.

Messages to Michael From MJJC Members - June 25th 2018

Hello Everyone,

Project 1: One of our MJJC members is travelling to Forest Lawn this year, for the 25th June. She has very kindly offered to print up people's letters to Michael and take them with her, to leave there for him, on the day. If anyone would like to send a letter to Michael in this way, please send them to me via a PM. Letters that are sent to me will then be forwarded directly to our pilgrim, for her to print.

Project 2: In addition, I am thinking very seriously about making a large card for Michael, from all of us at MJJC. After the card is made, I can mail it to our travelling member's post office mailing box for her to take with her to Forest Lawn, along with any individual, personal letters that have been printed. Anyone who would like a message placed on the card from MJJC is welcome to PM their message to me and I will make sure it is added to the card. Once the card is completed, I'll take photos of it and place them in this thread.

I will discuss a suitable deadline for both of these projects with the travelling member and subsequently post the appropriate dates in this thread, as an MJJC announcement or update.

In the meantime, please give it some serious thought. Letters and messages can be written any time from now on and sent to me....my inbox is waiting.

Warmest Regards to All,
Mikky Dee of MJJC

Update:

The deadline for Project 1 - personal letters to Michael - is Sunday 10 June at 6p.m. GMT/ London time.
Please PM your letters to me before then, so that I can pass them on, for printing.

The deadline for Project 2 - the MJJC card with messages from members in it - if I make the card, I will need to mail it by 30th May. Anyone who would like a message placed in the card should PM it to me before then.

Of course it's perfectly okay if members want to participate in both projects. The higher the level of participation that we have, the better we will all feel, for having done something lovely for Michael.

Should Discussions be kept away from "2000 Watts"?

....I think they should.

Ironically, I've just created another "Discussion" thread here......

I think they should be done away with in this section of the forum. They do nothing but clog up this section with unnecessary discussions (especially from certain users *cough*). It should really be relegated exclusively to media purposes. There shouldn't be discussion in this section of the forum because you can discuss it everywhere else in the forum or better yet,off this forum as well. But that's just my opinion anyways.

If its a post regarding a recent leak or upcoming leak, or just something relevant, then i think it should be kept. Delete repeated posts!

Yes if the thread is not about downloads. I think if it is just discussion about concerts or possible releases it should be on Michael Jackson News And Discussion section. Then more people would read them. Like there was a thread about Thriller 3D here for some reason recently. That shouldn't be here.

Depends what the discussion is about. If it's about a concert or a performance then no, but if it's just some random stupid thread then yes

Ironically, I've just created another "Discussion" thread here......

The stance of the Administration is this:

Discussion should always be in the Michael Jackson News and Discussion section, rather than in 2000 Watts.

Also, the News and Discussion section should be kept free of frivolous discussion and endless threads that start by asking a random question.

Actual news and serious discussion of important topics that have depth and a capacity for a long life, as well as the ability to create more traffic and more interest, is what we would like to see in News and Discussion.

Threads that are in the News and Discussion section are posted automatically to the social media pages of MJJC. In light of this, topics need to be professional and above reproach at all times.

Fluff topics and random thoughts/questions are perfectly fine, but they don't always need to have their own thread and can easily go in the MJJ Miscellaneous Thread, or the Epic Thread of Randomness.

If members definitely want to make a new thread to discuss something, rather than post it into a miscellaneous or randomness thread, there is no problem with that, but they should give some real thought to the most appropriate place for it, apart from 2000 Watts or News and Discussion.

It's our understanding that 2000 Watts is meant to be an upload/download facility, for audio and visual resources and is now a historical archive of material from many years of active searching, networking, sharing and regular transference of files between members. Some discussions seem out of place in that environment, in our opinion.

This is a reminder to all MJJ Community members about these two wonderful projects. We have already received some beautiful letters, poetry and may even be receiving drawings, too, in the near future, for our pilgrim to take to Michael at Forest Lawn.

Please start thinking about your messages and sending them soon, as our deadlines are fast approaching. I am on twitter, as well. You can pass this idea on to your MJ friends on twitter and they can DM me their contributions @glitterglove101 if they would like to.

Hi Mikky Dee, today I saw your post about the two projects for June the 25th; Since I'm a new member, I can't PM you my letter and the little message I wanted to put on the card. Is it possible to forward you, by another way, these two messages before it's too late? (So if I got it right: if I get to 10 posts before that date, I guess I'll be able to PM you, then the problem will be solved?)

Thanks in advance for your reply, sorry if my post isn't in the right thread, I didn't really know where to put it :S

Final update:

Project #2 - I've begun making the MJJC card for Michael. I will need to mail it to our Forest Lawn pilgrim in just two days, so if there is anyone who would like me to write a message into the card on their behalf, then please send it to me via PM, a.s.a.p.!! When it's finished, I'll take a photo of the card and post it in this thread, for everyone to see.

Project #1 - If you'd like to write something longer than a card message, there is still time to send your letters for Michael to me, so that I can pass them on to our lovely travelling member. Please make sure that your letters reach me (via PM) before the 17th June, so that I can forward them straight away, for printing and packing.

This is a wonderful offer, so I urge people to avail themselves of it. It's a great chance for people all over the world who can't be at Forest Lawn on 25th June, to do something beautiful and heartfelt for MJ. I have written and left letters at Forest Lawn for him, myself, on a couple of occasions and I find it to be very cathartic.

Thank you, all.

Administration Announcement

We have noticed a few comments being made, by members, either in reports, in threads, or just to each other, in conversation, that 2000 Watts is "a mess". We are interested in some feedback and/or ideas - constructive ones, please - about what is causing it to be a mess and what members would generally like to see happening, in that section. If there is something that we, the Administration Team, can do to help tidy it up, then we would be most willing to do that, for sure.

Please keep in mind that it is our philosophy that it is the members who make a place what it is; so if 2000 Watts is messy purely because of behaviour and the way people treat each other, then that can be easily fixed by the members themselves deciding to act like mature adults. If it's formatting, general organisation of content, allowable/not allowable topics, etc., then we are happy to investigate this, over time.

Thank you all, for your assistance in this matter.

Mikky Dee @ The Administration Team

Forest Lawn Project #2 is finished. This is a card (on behalf of MJJC) for Michael. It will be taken to him by one of our members on the 25th June 2018. I will be posting it tomorrow....it's going to travel across the globe, twice....once to our member and then again, to Los Angeles and Forest Lawn.

I really hope that somehow the card and our letters (Project #1) find their way inside Holly Terrace to be placed with MJ.....but if not, it's enough to simply honour his memory, cherish his words and show him our love.

I think it turned out well....I hope everyone likes it. It's a concertina design, red, black and white, with a touch of yellow here and there. There are four panels, with something on each side of each panel, so eight faces in total.

These images show how the card looks standing up. I kind of wish I hadn't put the silver glitter around the outline of the heart, but the sparkly glitter is a nod to Michael's love of bling, of course....and it's the same idea for the red and black sparkly jewels!

I wonder if the truly observant ones can find my obscure use of the number seven everywhere on the card?

~images lost~ :(

Mikky Dee!! This is amazing, what a fantastic job! Thank you so, so much you must have spent hours on this! The card is beautiful, I love the pics you took in front the sunflowers, great!

Oh and you used the number seven everywhere on the card thanks to the staples! Smooth ;-)

I love the colors you used, and the little red jewels! All those photos of MJ and the little stickers as well, damn, you're good at this! Nicely done! :)

Oh, I just spotted one little mistake on one of the quotes: ""Together let us create a symphony of hearts, marveling at the miracle of our children & basking in the beauty if love..."

Well, I'm so glad to see this card, it looks so great! (y) :clapping:

Oh, thank you for your kind words. It did take me quite a while, but it was a labour of love. You guessed correctly, about the seven staples....there are seven on each seam. I also have rows of seven jewels, in most cases. I had to use four and/or three when making "2018" and the star shape, but there are seven, everywhere else.

Thank you for letting me know about the mistake in the quote. That was a direct copy and paste from a quote site and then I just chose the font, so there must have been an error in the original write up of it. I have fixed that mistake now and next, I'm off to the post office to mail the card. Woo! Hoo!

P.S. I've decided that I DO like the glitter, now. I just took the card with me, out into the sun, on my way to the post office and it sparkled so beautifully! I can only imagine what it will look like on the grass, in the sunlight, at Forest Lawn. ~smile/cry~

Mikky Dee, this card looks fantastic! Thank you for all the time and effort that you have put into these projects - it's really great and you're right - I'm sure it will take pride of place at Forest Lawn. Awww, this is really beautiful. Sorry I didn't get my message to you in time. I was trying to visualize this card when you first posted about it, but I didn't visualize this-it's gorgeous.
One of the things I really love about looking at Forest Lawn pix (besides admiring the roses and other floral displays) are all the HOMEMADE cards and letters that they lay on the lawn out there. Especially because they're homemade. I could look at those for hours.
I love the fact that Michael appreciated things like that-since they really come from the heart.

MJJC has been contacted by a representative of a German press agency for Reuters. She wants to interview an administrator/moderator or member of our community, about how fans will be remembering Michael and celebrating his life and legacy, on what would have been his 60th birthday milestone, later this month. I have agreed to speak with her, via e-mail, on behalf of MJJC and all of its members and am currently awaiting her response, with questions that she would like answered. I'm not sure, yet, what questions will be asked, but I guess they'll be fairly general.

If there is anything individual members would like to say, which I can pass onto her, during the interview - about how you feel about Michael and anything you are taking part in, organising, or doing, this year, to celebrate - then please post it in this thread. I will endeavour to put your input/thoughts to best use in my e-mail reply and the subsequent written piece, which I believe will appear online.

I will post updates and developments, in this thread, over the coming days.

Update on the MJJC Letter to MJ project and the MJJC Card project (Projects 1 and 2)

All of the letters, drawings and notes for Michael that were contributed by fans for the 25th June and the card that I created on behalf of MJJC, definitely made it to Forest Lawn.

The letters were printed up, placed in a folder and taken in person by our MJJC traveller to Forest Lawn, on the actual day of 25th June, 2018. I believe that she took photos of the folder placed in its position on the grass, so I will endeavour to gain access to these and post them here.

The card that I made, on behalf of MJJC (pictured on page 2 of this thread) unfortunately did not make it to our pilgrim's house, before she left for the USA. It was sitting in her mail box, while she was already in Los Angeles, due to a miscalculation/miscommunication of the correct deadline date and time, allowing for time zones, etc. However, she was able to link up with some of her American-based friends who visit Forest Lawn regularly and she was able to send the card to them, once she had returned home. As I understand it, they made sure that the card found its way to Holly Terrace, when they next visited. So even though the journey took a little longer than first planned for our card, it did make it, in the end.

I will try to get photos, or some kind of definitive update about this as well and post it here, as originally promised. Thank you, everyone, for your initial interest and for your trust and patience.

Hello again, everyone.

I am going to speak with the press representative via e-mail (I have edited my first post to reflect this change) tomorrow, or the day after. She decided to conduct the interview that way, rather than over the phone, due to the tight deadline she has and the fact that she and I are in very different time zones.

These are her questions for me:

1) How will MJJC members be celebrating Michael's upcoming 60th birthday?

2) If Michael was still with us, what would his life and career look like today?

3) Michael has such a huge fan base all over the world - what makes him still so loved and adored by so many people?

4) What is his biggest legacy?

5) How do you feel about Michael's family and his children - about the way in which they keep his legacy alive?

Here's the article written by the German press agency correspondent, about why MJ fans still love Michael so much and what they will be doing to celebrate his 60th birthday. It mentions MJJC!! It's been translated from German, by Google Chrome, so I hope it's a faithful translation. I actually gave the journalist a LOT of information to use, when I answered her questions, but she didn't quote everything. I have an MJ fan friend who is German and she just messaged me to say that this article is all over the newspapers in Germany!! So exciting. LOL.

Michael Jackson's life is celebrated worldwide
From dpa Wednesday, 29.08.2018, 00:04

The news of his death shocked the world: In June 2009, Michael Jackson died at the age of 50 years. This year, the King of Pop would have been 60 years old. His fans want to celebrate, for them he lives on.

Los Angeles (AP) - For fans of the "King of Pop", this should be just a small damper - just before the centenary of their idol - for decades, Michael Jackson's "thriller" was hailed as the most successful album so far.

Now the album "Their Greatest Hits (1971-1975)" put the US rocker The Eagles in the first place. "Thriller" has been sold or streamed online since its release in 1982, about 33 million times, the Eagles album since 1976, more than 38 million times, as the US Association of Music Industry RIAA recently announced.

But the cult of Jackson, who would have turned 60 on Wednesday (August 29), continues nine years after his death. Around the world, the anniversary is celebrated, on August 29, 1958, Jackson was born in Gary, Indiana. Jackson's children, Paris and Prince and his brothers Jackie, Tito and Marlon are expected to attend the "Michael Jackson: The Diamond Celebration" in Las Vegas. Accompanying the fan party, the Canadian " Cirque du Soleil " will perform its Michael Jackson show "One" in the Casino City.

In Berlin, the musical show "Beat It!" Celebrates its premiere to coincide with the birthday of pop idol. Jackson's estate administrators are planning a musical on New York's Broadway in 2020. As a "birthday" tribute to the creator of songs such as "Thriller", "Bad", "Billie Jean", "Dangerous" and "HIStory" TV documentaries and fan events are planned.

"He was the greatest of all time and there will never be anyone like him again," says a fan, Michele D., in an e-mailed dpa interview. The 60-year-old Australian co-administers Jackson's MJJ Community fan site. Fans from all over the world posted photos, videos and music on Michael's birthday and shared social networks to commemorate the life and heritage of the "King of Pop," says the teacher, who became a fan in 1969. "I saw his performance of 'Who's Loving You' live on the Ed Sullivan show with the" Jackson 5 "and that was it, I was hooked!"

If Jackson was still alive - and if he had given his planned comeback concerts in London in 2009 - his career would certainly have started rolling again, Michele believes. Today, he would surely help his three children succeed....managing their careers, advising them, helping them navigate their way and achieve their goals, whilst still allowing them to find their own feet and spread their own wings. They would each be making him very proud of the way they are living their lives.

They actually follow in their father's footsteps. Daughter Paris is an actress, model and singer. When grandmother Katherine Jackson recently attended a concert of her band The Sunflowers, the average Jackson shoot posted a picture of the band with her grandmother, on Instagram. Prince Jackson has already produced music videos, the youngest son nicknamed Blanket still goes to school.

He was only seven years old when his father died in June 2009 at the age of fifty on a deadly mix of medications. In mid-July of that year his comeback tour in London should have begun. The King of Pop's Estate is still earning millions annually. For many years he leads the list of the best earning deceased celebrities. According to forecasts by the business magazine "Forbes" in 2017, it was about $ 750 million from the sale of the music rights catalog and shows about Jackson's staying power.

Jackson himself had awarded the title of "King of Pop". His moonwalk dance moves, songs, videos and stage spectacles turned the pop world upside down in the early 1980s. He was a children's idol, which made the entire family to stars, already as a tot he became the lead singer of the Jackson 5.

Later, the musician lamented in TV interviews about his "lost childhood". In tears he once said: "I always wanted to be just a normal little boy. But fate has wanted it differently. "His father, Jackson said," never told me that he loves me. " In 1993, in an interview with Oprah Winfrey, he related violence in the family. Patriarch Joseph Jackson, who put his kids to the test, died in June at the age of 89.

In 2010, Jackson was posthumously honored with a Grammy for his life's work, during his lifetime he received 13 of the coveted music trophies. In 1984, he was the first artist to clear eight prizes in one night.

Later, the mega star's image got scratchy: canceled concerts, collapses on stage, bizarre appearances: instead of music, "Whacko *****" produced headlines that had to do with his looks. The beauty treatments he said made him look like an artifact. Little was known about the two marriages, first with Lisa-Marie Presley, then with nurse Debbie Rowe, the mother of his two older children.

In California, Jackson lived on the vast Neverland estate, named after the Neverland of his beloved fairytale character Peter Pan. In 1993, a 13-year-old boy claimed to have been the victim of sexual assault in Jackson's bedroom. The star denied this consistently, agreed with the family of the boy on a settlement in the millions. Similar allegations made by a teenager in 2005 led to a "trial of the century" that ended in Jackson's triumphant acquittal on all charges.

Ten weeks after his death, Jackson was buried in a mausoleum in the Forest Lawn cemetery in Glendale near Los Angeles. His fans are loyal to him. "What I value most about him is his ability to love and his benevolent heart," says Michele D. "He will live on forever through his children, his fans and his music."

Administration Announcement

Please DO NOT post threads about "having doubts" regarding Michael's innocence. If you are having doubts, purely because of recent events, then this is definitely not the site for you. This site is dedicated to Michael Jackson and his memory, NOT to rewriting his history and his truth with lies, misrepresentations and tabloid trash.

New threads expressing doubts are likely to be deleted. Threads asking questions that have already been answered are likely to be deleted, or merged into other existing threads. Threads asking to discuss what has already been discussed countless times are likely to be deleted, or merged into other existing threads. Please read our archives, where there are hundreds of threads discussing all allegations and trials, ad infinitum. These archives include ALL the FACTUAL EVIDENCE that you need to see. Please also check via an advanced search, for threads that may answer your questions and help you with what you wish to know.

We do not want new members and guests seeing threads where people are expressing "doubts". That is not the face we want to present to the world.

What we want to do in these trying times, is focus on developing a POSITIVE vibe. We want to continue to celebrate Michael, right through this rough patch and beyond. This is the tenth anniversary year of Michael's passing. We will remember the MAN and the MUSIC and we will remember the JOY he gave to millions, all over the globe. We will remember his HEART and the way his heart spoke to ours. We will lift him up and protect his name and his legacy.

We trust that all of our members will support us, in this affirmation of why we are all here.

Maybe you could pin a thread at the top of the "Trials and Tribulations" forum with a link to https://themichaeljacksonallegations.com/ so that new fans can find all the information and court transcripts easily.

Our choices are, I leave the site open but all posts between propagation will be lost or I close for up to 48 hours.

Let me know your thoughts?

BTW - I'm trying to leave it as long as possible whilst all this blows over which i have until the 6th of April to have everything off my old server.

In my opinion is better close the site for 48 hours than lost something.
You could create a poll? to vote and that ...

Guys,

It's a pleasure to welcome Anna to the moderating team here at MJJCommunity.

Please give her a little time to get up to speed with things here, of course, I'm sure she is more than happy to help with anything you need.

Thanks again and welcome to the MJJCommunity family.

Dear Members,

If you once had an image in your signature that no longer exists and thus, has been replaced by a huge Tiny Pic "sad face" can you please delete that from your signature and try selecting another image that will work on the forum or perhaps even a quote? It's not a very tidy (or professional) look for the site, to have these massive inoperative image fails sitting there, as we scroll through various threads.

Thank you,
The Admin Team

Guys, I'm going to need to bring back donations, even if I can get half, I have a server that keeps going up in cost of which I'm stuck in a rock and a hard place due to the database of the forum being so big it won't fit on any smaller servers grrrr, so I will need to bring back the bar and hope some can at least chip in a little to keep it here, or I'm sorry to say but I will have to look at going down the road of closure some time next year if no help is available.

This thread is for general announcements from MJJC Administration.

It is also for feedback from the community, about the announcements and about anything that members would like to see happening, or not happening.

Constructive, productive discussion and positive Q & A sessions are most welcome.

I'm really saying this with love for this place. MJJC does not have to shut down, a facelift is needed. Pride needs to be put aside, peoples talent need to be utilized, and progression with the times must be brought in.

MJJC has many followers and many people that have a level of distrust. I am openly saying this because I want this place to continue! I have had a number of individuals stop speaking to me because of the fact I've always called mjjc (and prior to that mjjf) 'home'.

A public 'changing of the guards' with a public announcement revealing the change and campaign would do a lot. There are several things we could be doing to save this.

* donation of talent
* A unique paid section with good incentive to actually use it
* youtube live

Things need to be stripped back, the pressure of the name that comes with mjjc needs to be looked at differently. There are people that love coming to mjjc yet feel obligated to stay away because of social pressure. THAT is the hub of what needs to change.

I really don't want to see this place go!

Mikky, you've been the saving grace of this place for some time now. Thank you for doing what you do!

Greez and as soon i just join a few months ago. i'm gonna be honest. this is a great oldest MJ site i been to so far. this site does need more updates and mods. if the owner planning on leaving we need another well respect older MJ fan.

this is great site been going for 17-18 years. i don't wanna see it go. and newer fans and older fans alike been joining this site since the fallout early this year march.

i hope this place get enough donations and a new owner and some more mods. a lot of people from the older gen and new gen are here. so i only wish this site the best as we stand.

if this end, it's was nice joining this site for a few months. great to see mj fans still around and saving his legacy.

is there any other sites to recommend if this site close down?

We probably made need to get rid of some of things off this site if we can't paid for all of them. for example the groups award. there's no reason to make groups so that would be one of the best things to remove from the site.

somethings need to be remove from this site especially no need for them or just sitting there for no reason. make some room. this site doesn't have to be the bestest but at least good enough for MJ news and fans can talk to each other. not forget mods to look after people and rules etc.

a site can't keep going without good mods or owner there's something else we need too as well.

$100 dollars a month isn't much but how many active user on this site? if gaz planning on leaving we need a new owner to take over.

It's not as simple as "finding a new owner". Once something like this is in someone's name, it's forever. Gaz will never leave, nor hand the forum over to another person. He would just like help from the members, with the cost of the server.

This is a reminder to all members that the CHAT ROOM is fully operational and includes MJJ Community Michael Jackson Radio. Check it out! It would be great if members could surf the forum, chat with each other, connect AND listen to MJ music, all at the same time!

Hello, everyone!

Did you know that if you've made a thread and realise that the title is incorrect, or that you just need to change it or edit it, in some way, that you all have the capability to make those changes yourselves? You don't need to ask moderators to do the editing for you.

Simple instructions for how to edit thread titles on your own (providing it's your thread) can be found here, in the Help Centre. :)

Dear Members,

PLEASE do not start public threads on MJJC to discuss crowdfunding, in order to purchase video or audio tapes, or any other MJ related items that are on e-bay and other platforms. This is basically soliciting and/or advertising, which is against our rules and is tantamount to using this site as a "conduit" in financial dealings. What members do in their own private conversations is not the concern of the Admin team, but we do not want to see any more of the types of threads that have been deleted today, one originally in News and Discussion and two others in 2000 Watts.

Thank you,

The Admin Team
