well said. we have two mins of victory then ppl try and put a downer on it. we got guilty and we got the max sentence. there is nothing left to get. we got everything we asked for.

I think if CM had spoke judge would be nicer to him. If he didnt do the docu he would have got less. So he is nailed by both

would be great so see him serve with his pal ''murphy'' ... idiot doesn't have the right to call anyone biased or hostile when he's one of the most biased individuals if not the biased individual in court.

I agree, it doesn't really matter if he's getting his licence taken away, no one will go near him unless they are so desperate, his name is dirt now, what is should be. Lets just be happy that for now this monster is behind bars where he belongs!

Fortunately I didn't hear that. I had TMZ on mute and switched the sound on to hear him slagging the (wonderful) judge off.

Im really not able to follow this sentencing anymore. I have no clue whats going on now. I thought we got the 4 years in jail?

Well Im happy with what the judge said. This is what the world has to hear, cause its the whole truth. And he was really pissed off Murrays ugly character. I really enjoyed listening to him!

TMZ did show a few seconds of the Alford stuff, but then it quickly switched back to the view outside so I assumed they weren't supposed to be showing it, otherwise it would have continued streaming it from the start, just what I thought.

CM will be in jail during 4 years?
CM will be in jail for 2 years + 2 years at home?
or what?

i'm sorry i don't know USA laws and my English is really poor to understand all of your words especially about law terms..

Judge Pastor is legend.His speech had me in tears.
He has been great throughout the trial and I expected a fair sentence,but while I was listening to him,I felt Justice was speaking through his mouth.Amazing words that mirror the feelings we all have.

I didn't think I was going to be nervous today,but I was.Again,as I've said many times,sentence doesn't fit the crime,but I'm sure if Pastor had been able to impose a higher one,he would had done it.He highlighted the seriousness of the crime as much as he could.

I sometimes worry if my support for mj makes me less objective about things, but the judge's comments just confirmed exactly what we all thought on this forum. It's good to know. He was fabulous.

I can't believe that the media are criticising the judge for speculating that murray's recording might have been sold to the media to useagainst mj. MJ was the biggest victim of chequebook journalism there's ever been - how many of mj's private recordings have been sold to the media. It was sad when the judge was so disgusted and revulsed at how murray could have exploited mj and made that a recording of a vulnerable mj, and i just thought welcome to mj's world.

Im not sure but i think the judge sentence him to the max 4 years which means he will be in jail max for 2 years or less
