question about blu-ray player?

hi there,i got a new blu-ray player yesterday,this one is different to my previous one i had,this one has the BD live function on it,so after setting it up yesterday i played this is it in the player,so for the first time i cicked on the BD live function and got a message saying not enough space to download,i don,t understand this because it,s brand new how can there not be enough space to use the bd live function,it also has internet channels on it like youtube and twitter,facebook ect,which i installed,maybe this is what is taking up the space,but surely if it has the capabilitys to do these things,the player should be made with adequate space to use all these functions at the same time,
anyone have any advice?

it appears it doesn,t have internal hard drive.

i know i should have asked all these things,
but when i was buying it and i talked about the one with the bd live function,
the assistant should have mentioned all these extras accessories i needed to buy for it,but he didn,t.
to quick to make a sale,
