The trial was around Halloween but that thing was up there for a week it seems.
I remember the elephants at the memorial but the circus was there. They were booked right after I believe.
I don't remember seeing elephants myself but reporters were talking about them.

I thought the toys and the pumpkin were beyond odd. I wonder if we can find toys in other cases too. Because so far I've never seen such.

I always thought it weird because you know the attorneys watched it back at night or at least saw clips on the news and had to see it was distracting.
I don't know why they didn't move that pumpkin.

OK, so in the interest of not blinding everyone with too much text...I've tried to brief this and will just say wow that LITD thread sure went through a lot of changes! First it was Pinned at the top for a long time, and had such a special spirit to it, with such sweet participation then made its way to Michaelmania and now its relegated to Fan Fiction! Is that true? :lol: I know some people just did not 'get' that thread so its understandable if that's the case.

Well, back on topic of this thread....can/will anyone help....I'm wondering did the attorneys ask the children the obviously pointed questions, like about the oxygen tanks on the porch and how long they had been seeing them there or if/when they noticed their dad losing weight, or under what circumstance they first met Dr. CM, or if/when they began to see IV stands in their dad's room, did they ever notice their dad acting abnormally, and at what point (and in what way) did they leave the prayer circle in the kitchen and come up to the bedroom - and did that corroberate with the Chef Kai Chase's account? - -

OR did they just ask sensationalistic things that ANY FAN or MEDIA would want to know that are ultimately irrelevant like, about Grace and Mike? (I noticed the Media ate that one up!) and heresay about what MJ said about AEG or Dr. CM, etc.? (I noticed they quoted Prince quoting his dad and heresay about giving CM money from his dad)

Did they ask the kids about their first hand observations is what i want to know. Did the attorneys ever explore in any way (via CM's accountants or assistants) how come CM never had any money before, during or after the death? or his g/f IF or when he ever began paying her any child support or any more about it?

Does anyone know where/if there are transcripts of any of those depositions easily available or any of the above?

Well I guess as my favourite thread was taken away from me and I am not in a position to donate anything to get an access as I don't have a job, I will start writing in this thread. I doubt I will read all 400 pages of this thread. I do not really believe in hoax, time to die comes for everyone sooner or later. I am just amazed how this hoax thing came and by whom was it started and for what purpose, not on this forum, but at youtube for example. it seems there is a hoax in a hoax. Someone had a reason to conceal something and to lead people away from the reality by starting different rumors, suppositions, so-called proofs and so on under the name of "hoax".

Don't want to stray far off topic for Hoax Theory lurkers although both these topics seem not too unrelated in some ways as they are both 'far out theory' topics.

Also it seems like a peek at what it must've been like for mj at times and all others who do that kind of work. A "fan wake up call" even, maybe?

Some things had been discussed in the LITD thread, like maybe the use of disguises at certain times, wanting a taste of an ordinary life, a girl who wants him for him, his 'machine' of a show business career taking "control" of his life including his family-of-origin-life and how the business can try and come between he and his family and did to some degree, and so many other things ... Funny too! The 80s gotta love 'em! Thanks again magicgirl!! :flowers: It did give me a lift!

Back on Hoax topic: (sorry, I know - longer) *sigh*

when I'd said the part about Prince's being told to give CM money is heresay, what I meant was that Price saying that was his first hand account also included an event that Prince says happened, but never got corroberrated on the CM side as I ever heard? remember, it seemed that were constant reports that CM never had any money, that he was a doctor who was comptely broke - drove his sister's car, served the poor (in Houston), couldn't give his woman enough to keep her out of court (and Michael Jackson gives his son wads to hand this guy?). Could somebody correct me if I'm wrong or help me out?

Why does it matter I guess is the question too - its just - it seems normal to look at the whole picture of a situation, why did they show such irrelevant things and leave out questions that trail off into no answers, like how come if MJ paid CM would be a normal question for trying to establish responsibility and how often etc. would be shown as evidence. Why wouldn't it?

Fan Fiction is more about just having some fun and so is the LITD thread, but it is also a very serious thread as well. But, like everyone has stated, most people didn't really understand what it was about to begin with anyway, so I guess that 's why it was placed there. There haven't been a whole lot of new posts since it has been moved.

Yes, I agree its a lot deeper than any fan fic and fairly serious and seems to have too much basis in truth (the accounts that the thread starter had of meeting MJ during the Off The Wall days, and lots of other personal sharings. Maybe it will be moved again.

Theres someone called Pearl Jnr who is keeping this HOAX going she is on twitter. I this its all for money really and some fans have been taken in by her claims and silly videos. I don't this that this is right especially for Michaels children.

I wonder whatever happened to Alberto Alvarez? Last I heard he was working for One Direction in 2012? I always liked the guy, and felt so bad for him when the Jacksons sacked him after his heartbreaking testimony at the CM Trial. I'm not blaming the Jacksons, and always assumed one of the reasons for his dismissal was because he might have been a possible trigger for Prince and Paris? I still feel for the guy though, and hope things turned out positively for him in the end.

I've been trying to search through this thread, but it's so massive!

Does anyone have any more information on the 9282 thing? For the record I am not a hoaxer, I do believe Michael is dead. I'll admit that I do believe in some new age type stuff though I take a LOT of it with mainy grains of salt But the timing of the Pepsi incident and his death is something that just blows my mind. I'm not big on numerology, but I'd love some more well-researched information on it if anyone has it! (not just 9 + 2 + 8 + 2 = 21 or whatever)

The whole "Michael Jackson is alive" conspiracy is absolute rubbish. All these videos "exposing" him being alive are just nonsense.

And what annoys me is that some "fans" have the nerve to call others "fake fans" for not believing he's still alive!

What are your opinions on the matter?

I understand when you loose someone incredibly important it's hard to accept their death......I try not to think of Michael or anyone else I love not being here with us anymore because it upsets me. I know they have passed I just try not to think about it and enjoy the memories and what they left us. I have never heard of these "fans" that's so wild and disturbing to me, do these people genuinely believe it or are they just seeking attention and drama?

There's a whole community of them on YouTube.

There was even a forum back in like 2010 called the "Michael Jackson Hoax Forum" which was a forum dedicated to "proving" MJ was still alive by a whole range of topics.

The forum is still up but loading pages is so slow it's not even worth looking in it.
