Which moves did Michael invent or perform first?

Michael had a large number of dance moves in his repertoire, but which ones did he invent or perform first?

Some of the moves that I haven't seen anyone else before Michael perform are:

the sidewalk (0:10 in the video)



the move at 4:06 here



The hop (3:21)



Did he invent or perform these moves first? If not, do you know who did? Also, which other moves do you believe he invented or performed first?
 
I think most of the moves already exsisted but in kind of draft. Michael just personalised them and and took them on other level.
 
Lots of Michaels moves in Billie Jean were his own. Especially HIStory tour

But why HWT? Yes, he did them more perfect in HWT but he did most of those moves of BJ in all previous tours.
 
The funny is that the move that's more famous was not created by him. The Moonwalk.
