Billie Jean Background

I'm working on a project, and I would love to have a use the image they used as a background in Billie Jean for the city. Is there anybody here who has a good piocture of that?

I don't know if such thing exists but maybe you can take a few screenshots, remove Michael (as he's hiding parts of it through the whole video) and fill it with your own painting. It shouldn't be too difficult because it's not a very detailed artwork.
