[Discussion] Sexual Abuse Claims Against MJ Estate - Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe

No, the Estate needs to stay quiet. No need in giving anything legs. At this point, many people either love MJ or they do not; at the end of the day, it wont stop those from lovin him. I understand your concern but still do not worry about something (like Milky Dee said) that has not happen and something that is a year away.

I want to give you rep Terrell but i have to spread it around but excellent post(y)

It is time that fans stop expecting the worst, when it comes to MJ.

The worst already happened : it was in 2005. MJ and fans have survived that period of propaganda and attacks.

Right now, we don&#8217;t know what will happen next year : it could be good, it could be bad, it could be nothing.

I am one of those people who think that, if you are expecting something bad to happen, then the thing you are apprehensive about will eventually happen.

I expect nothing, personally.

Exactly. Having a "doom and gloom" attitude about something that is still fourteen months away and beyond our control is just wasted energy, as far as I'm concerned. I am not expecting there to be anything, either....certainly NO further claims made against Michael, or The Estate when the ten-year anniversary of his death comes around. Each and every ridiculous claim, so far, has been successfully fought and/or seen off, including the worst in 2005, as you say. The Robson/Safechuck/Doe claims were already stretching the statute of limitations (and the truth) in my opinion....any other subsequent nonsense would not fit the parameters required. If anything, I'm expecting positivity and continually revised attitudes, as time goes on.

Ok so Wade's going on TV again this year. I'll revise my estimate for false/negative stores around the 10th anniversary up to 100%. Y'all can still disagree if you want...at this point I don't hold much hope for this to ever end. Even if somebody can't progress a claim through the civil courts they can always sell a story to the media. They're too eager for dirt and not interested in the bigger, more sensational story of how they actively tore down an innocent man.

As long as the media is willing to pay, people will continue to accuse MJ.

Wade can talk all he want. There is too much evidence to prove his lies. As for the metoomovement, this fool does not fit into it. And to be honest with you, society is starting to get tired of it because it seem everyone is jumping on the bandwagon and putting everything in one basket. People can see through nonsense. And Wade, the COURT has spoken. Sorry but trash like Inside Edition does not mean nothing and IE better tell how you lost in court 2015 and this year (clearly the judge knew you were full of it), you co wrote a book with Jermaine and many other things. If IE do not go into all of this on air, I will be up in their @$% on email.

To be honest if I knew nothing about the case I would say that he is very believable and looks honest. problematic...

No. He looked very rehearsed, in my opinion. He looked rehearsed in 2013 and he looked rehearsed now. Over the past couple of years, he's been working as a counseller/social worker of sorts, "helping" survivors of sexual abuse....no doubt, he's been able to tap into that huge resource and well-spring of emotions, behaviours and scenarios, to help him manufacture what to say and how to present himself.

I'm posting this, from a friend on another MJ site.

In this interview, he managed to catch himself in yet another lie, different to all others that he told before. It is the part where they watch his 1993 interview and Wade claims that he remembers how MJ called him every day before that, to role play him.

However, that interview took place in August 1993. It aired around August 26-28, 1993. The Chandler allegations broke on August 17. So Wade is basically saying that that between August 17 and 26, 1993, while abroad, struggling with the initial shock of the allegations etc. MJ was calling him every day to role play him, just because he knew that his mother would contact Anthony Pellicano (because that's what happened, not the other way around!) and Pellicano would put them on TV?

It also contradicts his court documents where he claims that the role plays happened in the period before his Grand Jury testimony. But that was in 1994, more than half a year later!

Yeah when people know you are a liar and two of your lawsuits are were thrown out, you are going to do what you can. And remember, in 2005, he looked believable and looked honest and that was in COURT OF LAW where it count (again,Wade lies can be proven), not a tabloid show. NOTICE: NO ONE IN MAINSTREAM media (AGAIN) is not paying his @$$ no attention. Again, we are the only ones giving this fool attention.

Which makes their opinion irrelvent. Of course in cases were people are clueless of the facts they automatically assume the worst and presume the accuser is telling the truth. Frankly who cares the only people talking about this provern liar and giving the story attention are the fans. People made up their minds along time ago about mj one way or the other. Its old hat.

Btw has respect been unbanned sadly over time this board has lost many posters who are experts on the facts of the cases

So true. And there is more loved for Michael than hate but haters bark the loudest but look at what is being done for Michael despite all what he has been through and he is getting a street named after him. So haters can hate (and haters hate on everyone especially online).

To be honest if I knew nothing about the case I would say that he is very believable and looks honest. problematic...

In 2005 the jurors were shown a video of a recorded interview of Gavin with the police taped in 2003. He seemed very believable and his demeanour was that of a "victim", the problem was in that interview he spoke of mj molesting him before the Bashir's interview and in that interview he told the officers he was threatened that he would be killed if he did not deny he was molested that why he denied he was molested on the rebuttal video which was not released. but the jurors had heard it from gavin himself only weeks before the video was shown that he was molested only after the backer's interview and that he was threatened with gun because mj was in financial distress and wanted him and his family on tape denying he was abused. Knowing that gavin's own testimony on the stand completely contradicts what he said in that recorded interview, the judge had the nerve to instruct the jurors not to consider the merit of the statements made in that interview, but to focus solely on Gavin's demeanour. It does not work like that, the jurors could not but consider his statements and that's why they did not believe he was a victim.

Wade has been rehearsing for years and we have seen throughout the last 5 years that he was immersing himself in everything related to child abuse to rehearse his rule as a victim. Like Gavin, his own words are his biggest enemy, his own words on their own prove he is a professional liar.

any body language expert, anyone that has watched shows with body language experts, or taken some basic psychology classes can see that Wade is obviously lying.. It's so obvious

Robson aint damage MJ/no one. When he first came out and it was talked about and Wade was made a mock over by just about everyone (I aint talking about haters who will hate on MJ even if God came down and said MJ was an angel). I am just glad they stop with covering this fool period and giving him airtime even though they know he is a liar like the rest but want to make money off of MJ now that Mike is gone.

To me, his body language says lies, lies, lies to me.. a common thing people do when they lie is give the physical response of one answer and say the other.. Nod no but say yes! for example.. He does a lot of contradictory actions.. He does make it seem he starts to believe his own lie though!

This is what should be happening in the USA.... UK false multiple-complainant 'Nick' has been charged with perverting the course of justice and fraud. I hope that he will be convicted!

A man who alleged there was a paedophile ring at the heart of Westminster has been charged with perverting the course of justice.

The man, known as Nick, whose real name is being withheld for legal reasons, is also accused of fraud.

Nick's claims sparked an 18-month Scotland Yard inquiry into allegations public figures sexually assaulted children and three boys were murdered.

The inquiry was dropped and Northumbria Police was asked to investigate Nick.

Nick had claimed he was systematically abused and tortured by senior politicians and members of the armed forces during the 1970s and 1980s.

Those he accused included former Conservative politicians Lord Brittan and Harvey Proctor, and Field Marshal Lord Bramall.

Mr Proctor has welcomed the decision to prosecute Nick.

After the Met launched Operation Midland in 2014 to investigate Nick's claims, they held a press conference where a senior detective described the allegations as "credible and true".

In 2015, the Met carried out a series of high-profile dawn raids on the homes of those Nick had accused.

All of them denied his allegations and the investigation was closed without anyone facing charges, having cost £2.5m.

Thirteen charges
Last September, Northumbria Police passed a file of evidence to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) to consider possible charges against Nick.

On Tuesday, the CPS head of special crime said: "The CPS has considered a file of evidence from Northumbria Police relating to allegations of perverting the course of justice and fraud by a 50-year-old man.

"The police investigation provided evidence that the man had made a number of false allegations alleging multiple homicides and sexual abuse said to have been carried out in the 1970s and 1980s.

"Following careful consideration we have concluded there is sufficient evidence to bring a number of criminal charges.

"He has today been charged with 12 counts of perverting the course of justice and one count of fraud and will appear before Westminster Magistrates' Court in due course.

"Criminal proceedings in relation to this matter are now active and it is extremely important there should be no reporting, commentary or sharing of information online which could in any way prejudice these proceedings."

'Justice must take course'
In a statement, Mr Proctor "congratulated" Northumbria Police for a "thorough and robust" investigation and said there must be no delays in arranging the trial.

"The torture that was and is Operation Midland should end as soon as is possible," he said, adding: "Justice must now be allowed to take its course."

The 71-year-old said Nick should be named at the "earliest opportunity", although he said he understood why it was not currently possible to do so, for legal reasons.

He also called for the publication in full of Sir Richard Henriques' report into Operation Midland saying it would be "untenable" for Nick to have access to it under disclosure rules but for it to be withheld from others.

Police apology
The Met apologised for the way they had conducted Operation Midland and paid compensation to Lord Bramall and the family of Lord Brittan, who died in 2015.

Mr Proctor is suing the Met for compensation.

A report into Operation Midland, carried out by a retired High Court judge, said the force had made a series of errors in the investigation and made 25 recommendations on how police should handle similar allegations in the future.

Interesting post from someone on Twitter who has picked up this comment (in bold, below) from Wade's blog ('Wade's Window' / Topic: Why Me?) dated 30th June 18. 'Those of US'' who are OUTside the aforementioned situations'... really ?:

WHY ME?
June 30, 2018
&#8220;How could this happen to me?&#8221;

&#8220;Why does this always happen to me?&#8221;

&#8220;Well, with my luck&#8230;.(insert bad outcome)."

&#8220;Why is the Universe/God/World against me?&#8221;

Do these types of thoughts sound familiar, either coming from yourself or someone you know?

If I find myself in a low emotional state, if I&#8217;m stressed, sad, angry, or hurt, if I am honest with myself, I realize that the common denominator, the main cause for my state, is that I have allowed myself to slip into victim consciousness. I have let myself fall into some level of belief that someone or something &#8220;out there&#8221; is 100 percent responsible for my life, my success or failure, my peace, my happiness. This is incredibly disempowering and ultimately an illusion.

Let&#8217;s be clear, I am not talking about people who are truly victimized physically, sexually, emotionally, socially or economically, adults and especially children. I am talking about those of us who are outside of the aforementioned situations, mentally and emotionally capable adults, who are allowing ourselves to exist partially or completely in a victim state of consciousness.

Was Michael Jackson Framed For Child Abuse To Cover Up Another Crime?

https://www.yourtango.com/201830967...or-abusing-children-to-cover-up-another-crime

Corey Feldman might have the answers.

Was Michael Jackson framed for child abuse to cover up another crime? At the 2018 Golden Globes no one could argue that rape culture and the sexual abuse of men in power in Hollywood was impossible to ignore.

From Oprah to Natalie Portman, every one seemed to understand that this was a watershed moment for our culture, and they were determined to do their part to make sure that the voices of the abused were heard.

However, for all the good the departure from fashion and frivolity was, the complexity and enormity of the problem was swept under the rug.

Oprah's speech was flawless and important, but the fact that survivors like Mira Sorvino, Asia Argento, and Corey Feldman weren't even there to hear it is indicative of just how deeply rooted this problem is in Hollywood and the world.

Corey Feldman has made it his personal crusade to expose the ring of elite pedophiles who he believes present the most danger to potential victims. He refuses to be silenced, and with every new bit of information he shares it becomes clear that the plan to cover up and conceal the real villains of these Hollywood horror stories has been epic and far-reaching, including the potential framing of Michael Jackson for the allegations made against him about inappropriate conduct with children .

1. Corey Feldman names his accuser.
In November of 2017 Corey Feldman appeared on the Dr. Oz show and named actor Jon Grissom as the man who had sexually molested him for a period of 16 years.

<iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/wn1CALCGs1E" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe>

In December of that year, Corey returned to the Dr. Oz show with audio recordings made in 1993 of him naming Grissom as his assailant in a report made to the Santa Barbara police.

No interviews of Grissom were made at that time regarding Feldman's accusations.

2. This isn't the first person he's named.
Prior to naming Grissom, Feldman made accusations against child talent manager Marty Weiss, 54.

In 2012, Weiss was sentenced on charges of child molestation. He served just six months in jail, though he did have to sign onto the sex offenders registry.

In an interview with Megyn Kelly in November of 2017, Feldman said that Weiss molested him when he was a young actor in the 1980s.

He refutes the claims of abuse against Feldman saying simply "it was not me".

3. Who Is Jon Grissom?
Grissom appeared in two Feldman's pictures: License to Drive (1988) and Dream a Little Dream (1989).

Prior to being named outright, Corey assigned him a pseudonym, Ron Crimson, in his autobiography.

Grissom's MySpace is still active believe it or not, and it contains several near nudes of the 48-year-old, and several snaps of him actually embracing Corey Feldman.

Speaking about these images to Dr. Oz, Feldman said "This guy on his My Space page and his Facebook page has got pictures of me and Corey Haim. He still taunts it and flaunts it."

4. The framing of Michael Jackson
Feldman purports to have gone to the police to tell his story in the hopes of finding justice. He quickly came to another conclusion about their intentions.

Speaking about his battle to have the truth known, Feldman told Dr. Oz, "They were trying to frame Michael Jackson and bury the Corey Feldman story. I've spent my entire life fighting this battle. No one was listening then. No one is listening now. [The] LAPD is still not investigating it."

Feldman has always been adamant that his relationship with Jackson was never inappropriate, but did admit in 2005 that the accusations made against the star did cause him to reevaulate their friendship.

"I'm here to say I hope and I pray that these things never happened, and if they never happened, then there's some real sickness with a lot of people. But if they did happen, then there's a lot of sickness with one person. And that person needs to be punished", said Feldman about Jackson to interviewer Martin Bashir.

While Feldman does not believe Jackson ever harmed him, he did share a disturbing story with Bashir.

"We went to his apartment, and I noticed a book that he had out on his coffee table. The book contained pictures of grown men and women naked. And the book was focused on venereal diseases and the genitalia. I was kind of grossed out by it. I didn't think of it as a big deal. And for all these years, I probably never thought twice about it. But in light of recent evidence, I have to say that if my son was 14 years old, 13 years old and went to a man's apartment that was 35, and I knew that they were sitting down together talking about this, I would probably beat his ass."

5. The missing 1993 tapes
Initially the Santa Barbara Police Department, responsible for the Jackson investigation in the 90s, claimed that they had lost the tapes including Feldman from the Michael Jackson investigation in 1993.

However, days before Corey appeared in December on Doctor Oz, they issued an email saying that the tapes had been recovered and transferred to the LAPD for investigation.

The tapes had actually been recovered by Harvey Levin, TMZ giant and executive producer of Celebrity Justice, who handed them over to the proper authorities.

Coincidentally, Corey claims to have found his own copies of the 1993 tapes among his personal effects the day before his interview with Doctor Oz and a day before he learned that the Santa Barbara police had found their copies and handed them over to the LAPD.

6. The Reason Corey's Fighting
According to Feldman, when he asked Haim why he didn't go public with the information himself, Haim is alleged to have said, "Because he'll kill me. He'll kill me."

Feldman believes that pedophilia is an epidemic in Hollywood. "Parents should be shaking," he has said. "I don't have my kids in this industry, what does that tell you?"

In his December appearance on Dr. Oz when asked if he felt vindication now that the tapes had emerged. Feldman's response was a somber one: &#8220;Not yet. Vindication will come when my best friend&#8217;s (Corey Haim) perpetrators are behind bars, my perpetrators are behind bars,&#8221; said Feldman.

7. Corey's Next Steps
After naming Weiss and Grissom, Corey claims that he now has names of other men in Hollywood who are part of this ring of pedophiles, including the names of those who molested the late Haim.

Feldman wants to raise $1 million through crowdfunding for his "truth campaign." He wants to use that money he raises to make feature film that would exposes other alleged abusers in Hollywood.

"The bottom line is, I'm not an accuser," said Corey. "I am a victim and a survivor. I have done what I have done to try to help other people, it's true. But at the end of the day, I'm a producer of a movie."

8. Corey promises more soon.
<iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/x8yhyvOGFRc" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Thanks to the #MeToo movement, and the Time's Up movement taking the forefront even at events like the Golden Gloves, Corey's story might finally get the investigation that's due.

While the LAPD is currently not commenting on the status of Corey's case, that did not stop the actor from taking to Periscope yesterday and reminding people how much more work needs to be done in order the seedy underbelly of Hollywood's elite abusers to come crashing down.

In fact, while the promotion of the fight has been good, the hypocrisy of Hollywood cannot be ignored. Apparently Feldman was not even invited to attend the awards.
