Well, he told me I’m his second-favorite singer. Michael Jackson is first — and then mommy. He’s always around the house making little videos of himself doing Michael Jackson moves. I was telling him recently that, “You know, you were in my tummy when I sang at his memorial.” And he was like, “Really? Wow!”

The little boy's honesty made me , how adorable! As long as there's a Michael Jackson fan, his legacy will live on. I really wish it lasts many centuries to come like those great composers.

I know and I absolutely love this. I liked Jennifer Hudson in Dreamgirls but I became a fan at Michael's memorial. I don't think too many people could pull off that song and she did it while very pregnant. With her own family tragedy too , it made it even more poignant to me.
I've seen all sorts of examples of Michael living on in the youngest generation. Yesterday Madonna posted video of her little boy in a hat and breaking out the dance moves. I've seen Alicia Keyes and Taye Diggs' sons doing the same. Just adorable.
And there are probably hundreds of non famous kids all over the world too. It makes me sad but at the same time, so proud.

Jennifer Hudson might be her son's favorite singer, but there's a dancer out there who's captured the little guy's heart.

It's Michael Jackson, so at least he has good taste.

Hudson was a guest on Late Night with Seth Meyers Tuesday, and noted that her son, David Daniel Otunga Jr., has only her feelings at heart: He didn't want to make her feel bad that Jackson was his favorite singer, so he amended his statement to put Mom at No. 1 in the singing slot, and MJ at No. 1 in dancing.

(Interestingly, Hudson was actually pregnant with David while she performed at an MJ memorial.)
