How did you come to MJJC?

Hey guys, in this thread you can tell how you came to MJJC.

I came here because I wanted to download the HIStory concert in Munich because I heared that it's a way better show than the Dangerous Tour in Bucharest. So I googled it and came to a forum where somebody wanted to know where to find this concert. Another member posted the link to the 2000watts section better said to MJ5s list of DVDs^^. That was my story now it's your turn:)
 
Was with MJJF so when it became MJJC I got tranfered over. :D
 
same as Lorraine, I was a member of MJJFORUM, and when the database of members was transfered to Gary and he opened MJJC, my membership was transferred :) also I was a member of MJNO and when that closed, MJJC became the place to be.

and most liekly I found MJJFORUM cos I was on MJIFC , and found MJIFC cos I was on MJNI's site and before the interent I was a member of MJNI.....

I was on imdb after Michael's passing and a fan on there said that come on MJJC. So I checked it out and joined!! :)
 
I was member in MJJF, but I have no idea how I found it in the first place :scratch:
 
I joined MJJF in October 2003 but I really can't remember how I found it. I just remember that I found the site and I enjoyed reading the discussions there so I stayed. :)

Someone told about MJJC in a danish forum.. and I look at danish news paper and then they talk about MJJC.. so I cheked it ;)
that was my story
 
Miss Shayla (MJStarlight) linked me here during her video project she was making for Michael's birthday this year. I joined a couple days later because I missed Michael soooo much and just wanted somewhere to be a haven where I could talk about him amongst others who felt the same way I did. :heart:

I joined MJNO during the trial, and people there talked about MJJF as it was at the time. So I then joined MJJF too, which is now MJJC lol.
 
I came here after Michael died because I wanted to find fans to connect with who were feeling the same way I was. I lurked around here for a few weeks and then decided to join. I found this place about 2 days after Michael died and I've been here ever since. I searched, "Michael Jackson forums" and this was the first one to catch my attention. Now here I am. :) 6 months later and I love it here. :heart:
 
I joined MJJC when I learned about the concerts. I was sooo excited to finally get the oppoturnity to see him perform (I've been a fan since 1997) that I wanted to share the excitement with others who felt the same way. I was fortunate to be here to enjoy the hype and anticipation! That was the happiest time of my life :)
And then our worst nightmare became reality.
 
At first I was a member of MJJF, then MJNO opened the registration for new members and I joined there. When MJNO was closed and I found myself from MJJC :)

Me too, somewhat like that... I visited the page quite a few times, read the news and stuff, but didn't feel like registering because I thought I'm not so much into forums and such. But now I like it a lot, so maybe it was just a matter of finding the right place to be :yes:

This pretty accurately mirrors my story. I, too, needed to find other people who feel the same as me. I also wanted some more concrete information than the tabloid nonsense. I can't really remember if I googled the forum myself or if I saw it mentioned in an article. I'm glad I found this place. I found some other MJ forums too but this one seemed the best to me, so I took the blundge and joined.
 
I was looking on yahoo to see if there were any meet ups with the fans for the opening night of michaels first show :( I needed to be around fans and then i found a link to hear! I was also a member of maximum jackson but could not really get on there!
 
i saw a link to this forum in a brazilian forum... and i decided to stay here because i liked MJJC more :p
 
well to be honest I joined this and another forum in march of 2009 after I realized that Michael was going to be touring ...I was on the other forum almost daily....I lurked here on this forum alot...however...after Michael passed away it was just to painful to go back to the other forum....there was just way to many memories from that forum....I then came here after he passed and lurked for a little while...I NEEDED to be amongst people who understood the exact pain that I was feeling....That is when I decided that MJJC was my home and that I would NEVER find folks like you all anywhere else....This forum has helped me get through these last 6 months I dont know what i would of done without MJJC.....and these are not just words..I am very serious.....so thatnk you to Gaz and all the rest of you here who have been a great support system for the last six months.....I am sure we will make it through this horrible time as long as we stay strong and work as one to hopefully help bring justice for Michael .....justice he so deserves.
