Did MJ Find Love In The Dark (continued)

^ Roberta Flack and Donny Hathaway originally sang it  it was stuck in my head this morning. :)

This thread seems to have gone very quiet. Oh well, guess MJ kept her a secret this long, a secret she will always remain.....Moving right along to the next mystery.....

The next mystery???

I apologize if it sounded strange, it was just a thought I had when lurking reading past posts in this thread about whether or not MJFLITD. It seems that alot of the interpretations are based on material from years past and that this whole DMJFLITD is about someone from years ago who it seems has been off and on in MJ's life. I just had the thought that if that's the case no mystery will ever unfold, especially if it's been kept secret for this long. Maybe it's destined to remain their mystery? I dunno. *shrug* :)

The next mystery??? Well imo that happens each and every day. :) Isn't that what life is, a mystery? It's like what is in store for me today? :bugeyed or  or  or  or -_-. Just think, without life's next mysteries, we would never have to ask the question "why".....and what a boring world we would live in without discovery. :)

More mysteries? :swoon: Ok... I love mysteries! lol! :wild:

Mysteries can be interesting and intriguing among other things.....sometimes. haha :p

The mysteries are always welcome. In my opinion I think we learned a lot from them too. :) For example, learning how to discover a mystery. lol! :D :wild:

Hmmmmmmmmmm that was poetic! :fortuneteller:

From 2003 through 2006, MJ kept doing things that revealed he was in love, but no one was really discussing it. No one had created any threads about it.

From time to time in other discussions on the main forum during the trial, I brought it up once I had noticed that he was being consistent and that the tone of his love songs had changed so much since "Invincible." Because I had also noticed that what he was saying was still being overlooked, I decided to create this thread solely for the purpose of discussing what MJ was revealing through his demeanor, tone of voice and most recent love song lyrics.

I am now glad that I had followed my mind back in 2008, because he almost died without anyone pointing out that he was saying he was in love. The window of time was very small. It would have been a real shame if what he was saying had gone completely unnoticed.

Look at this...

Jul 11 2008, 03:41 PM
Notice that he went from singing songs like "Heartbreaker" to singing songs about giving his all. Look at the way that he worked on "For All Time" by himself.

Cupid paid Mike a visit. lol

"I Hadn't Anyone Til You" (Lyrics)

I hadn't anyone
'Til you
I was a lonely one
'Til you
I used to lie awake
And wonder
If there could ever be
Someone in this wide, wide world
Just made for me
Now I see
I had to save my love
For you
I never gave my love
'Til you
And with my lonely heart demanding it
Cupid took a hand in it
I hadn't anyone
'Til you

Hadda Brooks mentions "Cupid" at 1:18 into the song and this shows MJ was still professing his love all the way up until 2009.

Another thing to notice is this...

"Love Never Felt So Good" was written by MJ and Paul Anka just like "I Never Heard" was written by MJ and Paul Anka. MJ's demo for "Love Never Felt So Good" surfaced in 2006. This would probably explain why "I Never Heard" aka "This Is It" was nearby instead of being in the vault. And what are these songs about? They are about being in love just like "I Hadn't Anyone Til You" is about being in love.

Everything really did seem to turn around after Invincible (2001), which was basically a love letter set to music.

And yes, your thread came out just in the nick of time. Talk about synchronicity ... or was it something more divine?;)

I love the way you describe, "Invincible", a love letter set to music.

That is the perfect description(imo).

"She' was definately no longer in his life or within his reach during the making of Invincible. Many lyrics from that cd was him "calling her back to them". He wanted her to hear those songs, he wanted her to hear his pleading, and longing to have her back in his life.

When I first heard certain lyrics and how he sang them from Invincible, I was convinced his heart was saddened and he yearned for a certain and particular woman of whom he onced had and held close.

I wonder if any future releases will be Edited or left Alone?

As I sit at my desk staring at my beautiful tulips  :p I had this random thought.....

Do you ever wonder if MJ was a full out romantic? Not just in lyrics but like buying flowers, leaving random love notes/cards, taking quiet walks holding hands, etc..doing little simple and sometimes unexpected things for his true love?

Girl, looks like you are in love again LOL. It comes and goes, right? :)

LOL no I'm not in love with anyone. :) Flowers are one of my favorite things, I buy them for myself all the time, they make me happy. :) I bought big bunches of fresh tulips and daffodils on Sunday, some for myself, and I shared with my boss and my 2 co-workers just to have something cheerful in our offices. :)

Lily, I’ll tell you the truth. I used to get flowers from guys very often. Usually it used to be a “combo”: flowers plus chocolate LOL :) The problem with all of that when you do get flowers from the guy you not in love with it doesn’t really matter, it doesn’t mean anything to you and doesn’t give you any comfort. Am I right? So I think it is OK to buy flowers for yourself if it gives you positive emotions. :)
