Well, say it is good to dream and fantasize. I do not know. For me, it sounds like something false and unrealistic. Unfortunately, I can not see that way dreamy and unrealistic. Real life is very hard, cruel and completely different from the dreams and fantasies. But maybe someday I can see that way about everything. I'll still try. :cheeky:

Yes, I know, life can really be a bi .. beach ... huh. I do understand and we do have to be cautious with not going overboard given that we are going only with what MJ has left for us even as we remain realistic and yet optimistic.

Actually, when I saw the word 'realistic' I asked myself, how "realistic" is this entire thread? ! LOL!! I mean when ya really think about it, and yet, what fascinates me the most, is that we have all somehow still managed to be on, or near, the same spiritual 'vibration' about it all, in general, even if we don't always agree which is, of course, natural.

Maybe its because we all 'vibe' with MJ. I guess its that "vibing" that tells some of us that with MJ, just about anything could be really going on underneath the surface in just about any situation.

And he's so full of ironies...imo the strands of songs that have seemed to form a braid as song messages in each era seem to overlap upon one another, the "coincidences" that occurred as we were posting in the thread, then the concert series being called, This Is It, and sure enough that was "it" - the song, Place With No Name being the title of his recent release while sure enough he's been "taken to" someplace indeed, its just all so ... ..... INTERESTING! ah! There's the word! And then here we are talking about the very fact that "escaping" may be the meaning in the song, when indeed his entire purpose for life according to him has always been to offer "ESCAPISM" LOL!! The guy is just too ironic!

So yeh, maybe its safe to assume he would want us to have a little fun with all that and the song he's left us with for now, although we do have to be careful and not be outrageous with it and I hope to God this thread will not get to dwelling on the "d" word, when it is so full of life.

That is true nothing and no one is perfect in this world,we all make mistakes.But the one thing we can take from them is that we can try make things better slowly one step at a time and to do the best we can in difficult times.And also be the best person we can be- even though it may not be 100% perfect.

The most important thing about going through "difficult" times....they are opportunities to learn from them. Even though they may be very painful (like the death of MJ - still can't get over the fact that he is no longer with us), we learned a painful lesson about prescription drug use....

I broke down the typical times in life when we say those words and the VERY LAST example I gave was: We typically say "This is it. This is the one". When we have found the person of whom makes us feel complete and whole and when we want to make it official.

Michael's clues indicated he was ready to walk down the aisle again. His clues also indicated to me, he may have been thinking of showing her to the world for the first time, during the 02 shows. Why elese would he name the show "This is it" and follow it up with a very intimate statement about being "One"?

The 02 shows were not only suppose to bring the man back at the forefront of the Stage and Industry but it was also suppose to show the world he had "her" in his life and he was happy.

To me, this is more proof, our Michael wanted to live. We all know that anyway, but this is proof he had a very good and deeply personal reason (aside from being a daddy), to Fight and stay alive and be healthy.

It was taken away from him.

The way you have written this.. I mean it just sounds so unfair, when Michael was finally ready to be happy, he was taken away.. it can't be true.. I agree, coming to this thread helps me to escape. I spent so much time in investigations it was overwhelming me at times with all my thoughts. There couldn't be a more beautiful topic to discuss than love that's why I choose to spend more time in here lately, the energy is different.

I agree, it is hard to think about at times Linda. I didn't even want to come back to this thread because I felt the same way right after all this happened and I even posted "fairy tales aren't suppose to end this way", they should have lived happily ever after somewhere far away, with their family, adoring each other, sharing and fulfilling their dreams together..... What I pray for right now is that if MJ's LITD is for real, that Michael knew he was loved unconditionally and if "she" exists she knew he felt the same. Someday they will be together again in a paradise more beautiful than any of us could ever imagine at this moment in time. True love never dies.

I like what you said here Ape it reminds me of myself and the way I view life, with optimism. As hard as it may be at times, we can never lose hope. Sometimes when we deal with lifes challenges, that's all we have to hold on to, hope.

Did he keep her a secret from virtually everyone, including his family or was she openly discussed among those closest to him? We didn't hear about or see anyone at the services, no leaks in the media, etc.....what we got were signs from Michael himself showing his happiness, when he was photographed out and about, the notes he left, the recent songs that were leaked.....I wonder if this was THEIR secret and now she is left alone in all of this?

And linda, Yes michaels death has taught me so much bout those pills. I will never ever go anywhere near those sort of stuff he was taking. And i will also be more cautious of any doctors i go to. It's just an observation I made like the one I said in a previous post that I wonder how many women in this world either rightfully or wrongfully for that matter think they are IT, MJ's LITD woman? IMO it is not any of these females that have come out and spoken, ex's either. When you hold your love and friendship sacred you don't share intimate stories, emails, voicemails, letters, write books, or even trash talk someone.. with the world. You aren't true when you betray someone like that. Those are YOUR memories to cherish and hold sacred in YOUR heart or at least that's how I feel.

We heard of no "who is that" woman in attendance at either of the services and surely the media would have picked up on something if she was there and known to people. If "she" does exist, who knows about her other than Michael was just a thought that came to me because if this was a relationship that was kept as something special with just him or very few people knowing of it, her life must be forever changed. Maybe they were each others rock and drew strength from each other? He was happy for a reason and maybe people close to him do know but are respecting her privacy. Which is what I really hope. But she may also have been a mystery to some in his world, and now what a lonely feeling without him.

I'm glad I could add a little comic relief. I liked "Fantasy Island." You know that if we can't get our happy ending here, we can always get it there, dog gone it! I also liked watching " The Love Boat " which was from around the same time. As a matter of fact, on the day MJ "passed" I was singing the theme to "The Love Boat" and then all of a sudden I heard in the background, "This is CNN Breaking News ..." and instantly my heart just sank to my stomach! Don't ask me how I knew, but I just knew it was gonna be about MJ and it wasn't gonna be good neither. I thought, "Oh no! This is it, isn't it? This is gonna be the news I always dreaded hearing, isn't it? The big one, right? You had better brace yourself!" And this was all before they even mentioned his name! And then, I saw his face come on the screen with the words thought "cardiac arrest" underneath and I just knew ..." I really thought I was gonna have a heart attack! I remember holding on to my couch and reminding myself to breathe so I wouldn't collapse. Wow! Where did all that come from? It's like reality broke through for a minute there. Something inside of me must've needed to say that! I'm running back to the island! Look boss, de plane, de plane! lol!

He did not die to "get to her." It was unexpected, and horrible, and tragic. She is not THERE. She is still HERE. Can you possibly imagine what she feels now? How lost, and afraid, and uncomprehending? OMG, the pain must be intense, and the confusion, intolerable. It's chaos, really. . .

I know ALL the song lyrics. I'll just free-associate from that, ok? They never actually MET. They dreamed/fantasized each other, and were not wrong. It was as real as any relationship, but there was no TOUCH. His loneliness was intense, as was hers. He married twice, but never for love. You GET that, right? Never for love.

Was she there, in the light, waiting for him? I don't think so. There is a dysjuncture. A tragedy, that needs to be made right, somehow.
