its ALL speculation ... No one agreed that Katherines motives one way or another was a fact. but I don't think we should use Wade Robson to promote side agendas. I think he should own this 100% .. I feel implicating others is taking the FULL responsibility off from Wade Robson and makes him appear as a victim.

Qbee thanks for the article^^. Good to see that they state his story does not add anything to the table, which of course it does not. Let Wade handle his sick story on his own without getting attention from the current case.

Yes Qbee we should not turn Wade into a victim like they tried to do with the Muarry trial calling him a fall guy.

I wonder where Wade is now. Has he been seen walking around, doing shopping, visiting friends? Is he staying low. I guess after he will change his name like all the other shake downers.

When Michael was about to start his deal with producing and movies/games didn't the 03 case appear & he and his business people had to let that go? Now did the company that he was going to buy to start this new venture pay the 03 shake downers to do this? Then, when he was touring for Dangerous & the 93 allegations hit, was it people in the government in that country who did not want Michael there, and made the 93 shake downers file that case? The point is there is always coincidences in things if we are looking for it.

You know how it works, how the conspiracy works.

To file a creditors claim is one thing, but before that, firstly, you have to recollect the "memories" by "repressed memory" about something you want the justice for, then find a lawyer and all the legal info what you can apply to or/and find a psychiatrist who can examine you, then draw up the claim/accusations and ... all the time think of it how to deal with that... and how to move on and prepare for the media reactions and know how and what to answer...

Its would be interesting to compare the time Robson saw the lawyer and the psychiatrist and Katherine Jackson complaint and when/how the two events started, I mean the time period...

and AEG would never admit any connestion with Wade, except the business deals...

The most suspicious thing would be if AEG has something against Wade, what if he is blackmailed with AEG with some dirt?

I just thought it is interesting that the same standards are not applied to the Jacksons, but you are right, it is not about sides!

Appear as a victim? To me he wouldn't appear as a victim but AEG would be viewed as the evil they are. Again, I do not believe in coincidences and the timing is very suspicious. But that is just my opinion. I hope that the jurors will not be influenced by all this BS.

The parallel is whether or not AEG prompted the claim as is believed the Jackson siblings prompted Mrs. Jackson's suit, be it they urged her to file it or she's doing it to take care of them.

So he claims he collapsed last year and that was a result of that he's been molested by MJ for seven years...

He says he kept silent because of MJ's threat that they would go to jail. But as an adult when he testified in 2005 he surely knew that was not true - so why didn't he tell then?

In Michael Jacksons case, its IRRELEVANT!

Its Michael Jackson and in the public opinion he has to be guilty.
In MJs case, accusations made him suspicious, and support all the circumstances falsely made to cover something...
He could have been found not guilty and nothing has ever been proved, but the thing is there are/were possibilities and circumstancies that allowed some people to exploit them against Michael, repeatedly.

Trial by public opinion--is this where we are headed as a nation? Trial by media? by rumor? by speculation? abandoning the rule of law and the need for proof as IRRELEVANT?

The problem is that this whole thing started b/c of an accusation in 1993 that never went to court and so was never proved. At some point I hope more people will start to wake up and stop believing all the rumor-mills. I think reason and the rule of law is the only way to go. It's true some people can't understand the difference between allegations and evidence accepted in a court of law, but that does not make the distiction irrelevant. It is even more relevant.
