Omg, its coming up soon after the commercial/local news they say. They just showed his ugly mug sitting on the sofa. They introduced him as a "someone that have defended MJ for years, now an exclusive interview..."

Would someone please explain to me because I really can not understand this: he claims he didn't have repressed memory but that he only recently remembered Michael had done something wrong. How is this possible for an adult? I can imagine a child not knowing that someone is abusing him or her because the child wouldn't know what that adult person is really doing. But is it anyhow possible for an adult not to know it (considering he didn't have a repressed memory!)? And to repetedly deny any wrong doing for many years because he didn't realise it was all wrong?

Oh so he has just admitted that he is in fact nothing but A LIAR!

Not only in his SWORN testimony, but in the many, MANY interviews he has done over the years, and ALSO in the portion of Jermaine's book he and his Mother helped with.

When Lauer asked him to give a little more detail, he stalled. "Yes, it's just what you said." Guess he didn't prepare a full lie for that one. I thought that was very telling.

He was too relaxed and confident. The way he spoke, if I didn't know any better it would've sounded like a mock interview to me. Didn't look traumatized at all. The estate needs to slam him for slander and defamation of character. That was absurd and any sensible person could see right through him.

Didn't play Tom's interview either.

Lauer also mentioned Jermaine's comment saying, "He's full of sh!t" BUT completely left out the fact that he helped him write his book.

Oh and the first lie he told about repressed memories supposedly isn't true. Guess he's been reading the fans' responses and changed his stories.

Sidenote: Most Americans are either sleeping or working right now.
 
This is what I got from his interview. I typed really fast and probably missed a lot of things.

Matt Lauer introduces him as a MJ long time defender and protégée. They showed videos of Wade praising MJ. They say he did testify under oath during the trial. They show clips from T Mesereau who says his claims are outrageous, TMez says ‘its about greed and money’. They show a video of a woman speaking, Im guessing she’s a therapist or whatever and she says ‘sexually abused children takes decades to acknowledge and that’s not unusual’.

Now over to what Wade said:

Matt Lauer asked about his mindset. He feels strong, the right thing to do, this is his truth. He want to set the record straight and say it is NOT about a repressed memory case, he remembered everything but was psychological weak and didn’t understand.

Matt Lauer asks if MJ performed sexual acts on him? He says Yes. Matt Lauer asks if MJ forced him to perform sexual acts on him? He says Yes.

According to him, MJ told him they loved each other and what they did was an expression of love and if he ever told someone both their lives and careers would be over.

When the first allegations were going on, MJ would call him and do roleplay and train him for scenarios that might would happen.

Nobody offered him MONEY to lie for Michael.

He had two breakdowns last year… first time he didn’t know what was going on… second time he understood.. When he had a son, looking at that son… and knowing if anyone would do that to his son he would kill that person…

Matt Lauer reads a statement from Howard Weitzman (I didn’t catch it) and Matt Lauer says Jermaine Jacksons called him ‘shit’.

Wade understands how incredibly hard it is to understand. Wade would never put his family through this ordeal if this wasn’t true

Matt Lauer asks “Now that MJ is gone, can’t defend himself. Why didn’t you go to lawyer and make this claim?” He answers “I lived in silence and denial for 22 years, I cant live with that more…”

He thinks of heartbreak, pain, anger when he hears MJs name…

Wade says there are no excuse for what he did to him and many others… MJ was a troubled man. The image one presents to the world is not the whole he presents, he was gifted but also a molester.

Matt Lauer says many fans have contacted him and calling him a traitor, he understands its confusing for the fans. All it takes its education into child sexual abuse to understand this. He says he had no understanding of this until 1 year ago and he will be dealing with this for the rest of his life. Now he can get his life back and says his son saved his life

I think when they show T. Mez on this show he isn't going to be responding directly to Wade's comments. Am I correct in thinking that Tom's comments were recorded yesterday? That's what Tom said last night in his interview. Tom did not know exactly what Wade is going to allege.

That's unfortunate because I would like Tom to be able to respond live to his comments on this show.

so he remembered all along.....is he suicidal ? How does that fits with what his lawyer said ? How does that fit with whath his sister & mom said ?

Edit lauer just said there was a 50-50 reaction on social media (50% believe him) how is that even possible ?

does Robson mean he just UNDERSTOOD that whatever happened was molestation ? In spite of all the people (police/prosecutors) helping him understand for 10 years ?

They threw all that crap out there, read the reactions, and tried to fit their big lies with the true story.
That's why it took him a week to start shopping for interviews.

And...it's a case of perjury IF he's telling the truth now.....which he is not.

Yes he is done, he said he suffered two breakdowns after his son's birth , and it's his son who opened his eyes. His son is 2 and half years old . He said he felt if anyone did to his kid what MJ "did" to him and "with" him he would have killed him . He said he is not after money. No amount of money will shut him up. His talking because it's part of the healing process to speak up about his feelings and what happened to him. He does understand why people are shocked and accuse him of being traitor but a "little education" would teach them what's sexual abuse is and how it works. " Michael jackson was a great talent gifted man he was many things and one of them he was a pedo he abused me and I believe many others "

His whole demeanour and tone, the way he talked was completely different to what we are used from him. It's totally not his natural demeanour. He was trying hard to come accross as soft spoken and sympathetic, but IMO he just came accross as fake. Especially for those who have seen him in other interviews.

Just like his sister, he said at the beginning it was "my truth" - not the truth. Interesting...

So he's not claiming repressed memory. He claims he knew all along, he just ignored those feelings and that he was threatened and brainwashed or whatever (he was pretty confusing about it IMO - I thought he did not really know what to say about that). I guess they realized the repressed memory crap won't work.

However then he will have to explain all the prasing of Michael in the past. Not just the trial, but all the VOLUNTARY praises! Where no one asked him to go out and praise MJ. Or why did he keep socializing with Michael - again VOLUNTARILY (he last met him in July 2008 and they had a barbacue together with family)? Why was he so adamant on working on the MJ Cirque show that in July, 2011 he talked in an interview as if he had the job, when he didn't?

When he was asked about why he lied at the trial then, he gave that crap about being threatened by Michael. Sorry but you want to say that at the age of 23 you still believed those threats? If there was a time to come out with these allegations it was 2005, when the whole world was against Michael!

Then now gives this crap about how looking at his son makes him do this. BS!!!!

And he said money won't make him go away. LOOOL! But they filed for MONEY, for FFS!

BTW, I don't think he's in danger of being sued by the prosecution for perjury. Mez said something about the statue of limitations there.

conveniently Lauer did not tell him you have no work , you have no source of income , they let him tell his story without any hard questions.

In the creditor's claim they reference CCP 340.1. CCP 340.1 says:

(a)In an action for recovery of damages suffered as a result of childhood sexual abuse, the time for commencement of the action shall be within eight years of the date the plaintiff attains the age of majority or within three years of the date the plaintiff discovers or reasonably should have discovered that psychological injury or illness occurring after the age of majority was caused by the sexual abuse, whichever period expires later, for any of the following actions:

So they say then the "discovery" wasn't discovering his "memories", but "discovering" that his current psychological injury or illness has to do with having been molested.

It's not repressed memory, it's just that he didn't want to acknowledge it which as he's v keen to point out is very typical of abuse victims. [Cue helpful child abuse expert in an interview who says it's v v common for abuse victims to take decades to realise what happenened to them and that it was wrong.] Also mj threatened he'd end up in jail and did lots of role play with him on the phone so he could deal with all those scenarios where he had to defend him. Not sure how role play and threats of jail would work on an adult, esp 3 yrs after the said abuser is dead, but that's what he's saying.

Has one of the reasons he's coming forward being his son, as having a son made him realise that what mj did to him back when he was a child was wrong. He had 2 nervous breakdowns apparently since the birth of his son in 2010. Money of course is not a motivation, he will not be silenced with money, being interviewed on a busy news prog and filing all these civil claims, are apparently all part of his healing process.

Mainly making it clear that his experiences of keeping silent about his childhood abuse is just v v typical, and his feelings about the abuse have remained 'numb and unexplored' which is v common among child sex abuse victims. Except his feelings haven't exactly been left unexplored and unaddressed seeing he's been asked constantly about them for the past 20yrs at a time when he would have been believed totally by the public, the justice authorities, the media. In fact the us justice authorities insisted on labelling him a victim back in the 05 trial, but that didn't give him pause to reflect that maybe what had happened to him was wrong?? Those role plays with mj must have been something else.

They read a total of FOUR comments from twitter (I'm pretty sure it was twitter). Two were for Robson and two were against him. And then they called it "50/50."

Actually , this is beyond stupid.

I suppose that he was very precisely questionned by the police and/or prosecution at least twice .... I suppose they go into very harsh details.

So he CHOSE to lie because Michael threatened him, and so he CHOSE to let down the arviszos and chandlers ?

Or did he not understand what was going on ? That doesn't sound really clear to me.

he's admitting he lied under oath twice because MJ manipulated him . manipulated him , he is basically saying he lied because he "loved" him however his son made him realise what happened was wrong and he needed to speak up .
