How does this support the theory that he needed such magazines to groom boys? Was any boy
with him on that trip? No, if there had been Sneddon would have made an issue out of it.

Some of those magazines and DVDs were found in a suitcase which MJ clearly used while traveling
and at least one of the DVDs was released after Feb 2003. No boy traveled with MJ
after Feb 2003 so why did he have adult magazines and DVDs with him? Well, we know why and so did
Sneddon , he just didn't like the answer.

Also, if Sneddon had really believed his own theory about those magazines he would have taken
the fingerprints of Robson, Culkin Barnes too not just Arvizo's. But he didn't even try to
check for those fingerprints. He knew the result would not support his side of the story.

I always wondered whether that was the reason why they didn't check for DNA evidence
on the mattresses in June's and Evan's homes. They knew it would come back negative.

Dimond and Stacy Brown had some connection to Safechuck (Brown was the one who reported after Robson that two more are ready to come forward and Dimond reported the Safechuck lawsuit before anyone else) Both know Gutierrez very well. I have no doubt that either haters of Brown/Dimond contacted Safechuck after Robson's U-turn and tried to convince him to jump
on the bandwagon. He needed a story so he supplied what he remembered (like MJ handing out money to homeless people or
giving him a globe and the Thriller jacket etc.) Gutierrez then wrote yet another pedo fiction mixing facts with his sick fantasies.
They spent almost a year putting together this story and still couldn't get it "right" like checking whether
there was any testimony by the Quindoys or not. Lame.

I don't think he copied from the book. I think Gutierrez himself wrote a story for him the same way he helped write the Chandler's script.

I don't think Safechuck invented stuff like MJ scared him with flash lights or he scratched his hand as a sexual clue. These things are
not in Gutierrez's book but they are perfectly in line with his other fantasies.
Gutierrez has a boundless and very sick imagination. He just loves writing degrading things about people, not just MJ by the way.
He portrayed June Chandler as a drunkard, the Culkin parents as druggies, Lisbeth Barnes as a thief, Lauren Weiss and Wayne Safechuck as cowards, Joy Robson as a pimp and he presented all his "sources" like they knew MJ was molesting kids but none of them felt the need to protect them.


The whole cruel, sadistic, woman hater, "jealous of girls", boy obsessed, sex crazed, manipulative character in Safechuck's lawsuit
is Gutierrez's creation. And his primitive repetitive writing style is also evident in Safechuck's lawsuit.

I didn't realize that Gutierrez's book was read that much, much less published. I remember about the video tape and Michael winning that suit and he declared bankruptcy-so I thought that was the end of his book. It wasn't until the last few years that I realized it had been published. I assume they quit printing it after that, right?

Most of his book made it into the tabloids and then seeped into the mainstream press, so any of us (even those of us who avoided tabs like the plague), could have made up the Safechuck, Robson allegations. Plenty of material out there to use, just from memory.

Like you said you did a Google search to find it, I set up a Google alert on Michael back in 2009 because I was trying to get current news on what happened to him and I still get an email every day with about 10-20 stories from all over the world. I set one up on Wade too because I wanted to see what was going on with his case. So these trolls most likely have the exact same thing.
