kids can be very mean, they do many things that are simply cruel. Kids are constantly testing social dynamics and boundaries, it is a natural thing kids do.. NOW, when inappropriate behavior is rewarded - this is how/why long term behavior issues become embedded as a true personality trait.. (others laughing, other kids fallow along etc.) It is all behavior looking for a sense of 'belonging' and finding his/her place in society..

These kids are obviously getting away with too much, have freedom that allows stupid antics like this.. Now as jaded as this sounds, behavior like this is more "normal" than the later. Bullies exist, will continue to exist..

I just hope with the fact this video was shared adults in the situation (parents of these kids) actually do something.. the way to know its NOT ok is punishment.. (formal or informal) when the loss is greater than the reward - that's when behavior changes.

Makes you wonder what he will say or do when the the money flow from great uncle michael stops in 2 years (debatable knowing the estate).whos money does he actually think hes living off
