Backgorund info on note

I've been having trouble finding info on this, I tried a google image search and it's not coming up with anything which is very frustrating. When was this written?

He probably made hundreds of "I love you more" notes a year so it'll be very difficult to find about just one of them unless you know who owns it. What makes this one special?

It's not really that the note is anything particularly special, I've been wanting to get a tattoo done in MJ's handwriting so I was wanting to make sure it was a genuine note of his. I've been thinking about doing it for a few years now.
