I think that's what MJ is singing. Mas is the Spanish word for more.
 
This is close to the final draft of the lyrics of Dont be messin' 'round. Ive fixed mostly all the ad-libs, corrected conversational lyrics, eddited my previous mistakes, there really is only one more section of lyrics to debate over, and i spent 15 minutes slowing it down and listening carefully. I added what i heard. Could be just a bunch of MJ gibberish, if it is. Ive spelled it out. That particular section does not use the word angel though.

i heard all the "Ah's". but they are very soft. and i'm not sure if we should add them to the lyrics. mike doing this on most songs.
thats why i left them out.

It has a latin CHA-CHA rhythm, IMO.

Counting cha cha: "two, three, chachacha (=four, one)". The chachacha is where Michael sings 'Don't be messin'.

but its definidely not "floor". the last word begins with "pl" or "bl". i can clearly hear B. and there is also no O in it.

Well keep in mind it is a demo so I'm sure MJ wouldn't have kept it in there if he finished the song. Plus MJ recorded IJCSLY in Spanish for Bad so he might of had Spanish words in his mind at the time.

I def. hear "treat" and "mas", the rest I still have to go back and listen to it a few more times, which I def. don't mind- he he :cheeky:
 
I don't hear "mas" (mas would't really make that much sense anyway). I hear "my" then something with the s sound, then something else after that

Mas would make sense.

"Let me love you for a little while more" is what it translates to. That makes sense to me.

Still "little while more" sounds odd + it doesn't make that much sense that he would throw in a spanish word when he's singing a demo like this.

Also, he just aint singing "mas". I think he is singing "My star" - clearer audio:

I think "mas" would make sense since around that time he sang a song in spanish and might rubbed on him, however in P's post its pretty clear he says "my star". Thanks for the clearer audio Pentum, you cleared that up :D

With all due respect, some of these lyrics can not be correct.

"She said to keep your MAMA dancin'"? He CLEARLY sings "your MIND ON dancin'". You can clearly hear "mind ON".

"Are you ready for a real good THING"? He CLEARLY does NOT sing "THING"! LOL!

I'm also doubting a few others. Sorry, I don't trust this.

Are the Japanese lyrics offical, if so they might want to check them. Unless Michael wrote down different lyrics than he sung.


OH AND IN THE BOOKLET: Angel is spelled Angle.
