I would say Scream. I just wish he did more collabs with Janet. Or imagine an album together!
 
either the live version of 'ease on down the road' in '81 (the studio one doesn't feel like a duet as Michael tends to drown diana out), or 'say say say'.

the latter is well structured, and plays to the strengths of both singers. it's all about Michael's explosive delivery though! it manages to be high, clear, smooth, and strong at the same time. just the way I like him :)

'ease on down the road' is faster - which I prefer. it actually has a country element - a genre that I don't care for, but it seems to work here.

both songs have melody, which is key.
