[Discussion] Sexual Abuse Claims Against MJ Estate - Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe

As of today, a summary judgment AGAINST Wade Robson has been granted three different times by two different judges of the Superior Court.

“Wade Robson has spent the last 8 years pursuing frivolous claims in different lawsuits against Michael Jackson’s estate and companies associated with it. Robson has taken nearly three dozen depositions and inspected and presented hundreds of thousands of documents trying to prove his claims, yet a Judge has once again ruled that Robson’s claims have no merit whatsoever, that no trial is necessary and that his latest case is dismissed,” said Jonathan Steinsapir, attorney for the Estate of Michael Jackson
 
Bye bye you goddamned loser. Now go get a life, make money without further trying to ruin a person that can't defend himself any longer. Preferably this asshole is thrown behind bars though for making up disgusting lies, perjury etc.

Hopefully this is the end of it. - Now if they do release a LN2 it will be so very obviously about money so everyone will (hopefully) be able to see it!

I just hope these disgusting men gives up their evil agenda and moves on. - BUT as long as there is money in MJ's name they will continue, sadly.

I really really hope someday Jordan Chandler and Gavin Arvizo will come forward and tell the truth. Tell the world it was their parents that startet it all to get money and say MJ was innocent. - It would really make a huge difference if they came forward. - Doubt it will ever happen. Maybe they could write it in their last wills - at least then the truth would come forward.

When this is now the final ruling - can they appeal it?

Who pays for these to loosers lawyers? it's quite expensive to go to court. - And when they loose they will have to pay for The Estates lawyers cost right?
How can they afford to keep this mess going?
 
Yes they can appeal.

His lawyer are pro bono and prob doing it off insurance. Yes they owe the estate money already and it will only increase.

I always think this.

Chandler though I think is contractually obligated to stay hush, as was MJ within reason after the settlement (unless called upon like court)

The fact that Chandler didn't want anything to do with the trial, even threatened to leave the country if I remember rightly, speaks loud enough

If someone abused me and I now had a chance to put them away, you wouldn't think twice would you.

But agree, I would LOVE both of these to speak out about the framing from their parents.

I know Chandler and MJ was not allowed to speak about it, BUT - Only MJ's Estate could complain if Chandler di say stuff and if he came forward and told MJ was 100 % innocent I am very sure the MJ estate would have no problems with that. - And they sure would not demand he paid money back or anything. So I don't think it would be a problem at all.
 
Funny, they say they are going to appeal again and continue with this fraud as if the estate would ever stop fighting and appealing too.

If Wade and his crazy team ever won on even a minute level, the estate would appeal it. And keep on appealing. This is a no win situation for Wade. Finaldi would get all his money in fees if he ever managed to get even a nickle out of this scam.

Just plain stupid at this juncture to keep on going with it, but then Wade prove to be that when he filed this case after all the years of glowing attestments about MJ's kindness and humanity. What an idiot.
 
I'm sure Wade & James got paid from HBO and the other interviews they did. In his mind, as long as he looks like "the victim" he will keep these appeals going.

As for Jordan I think the closest we will get are his private comments made in the square one doc. Deathbed confession maybe but we will all be ancient by then.

^ You have every reason to be excited. An appeal is simply requesting a higher level of law to consider to go against the judges ruling. After Finaldi taking his last moments in front of the judge to insult his character - it does not show much respect to the justice system.
 
I don't think an appeal will change anything. No judge will look at this and their "evidense" and let it go to court... There simply is no case.

I just hope they use all their money on this and end up more broke than ever.

I have sometimes wondered if Jordan might make more comments after his mother dies. I am not knowledgeable about what their relationship is like now, but if he discloses that his parents forced him to lie, then presumably it will incriminate his mother or make her open to legal repercussions.

That is a good point. That could very well be the case. If he has any remorse/conscience I think he will make a public statement eventually. It would be a huge game changer for sure. It's interesting that he never tried to sell any books/docs like his uncle. (We don't know all of the legal terms of the settlement) but even Jordans behaviour is completely different from Wade/James when you try to compare. (Then again, Jordan already inherited his "payday" while Wade/James are still looking for theirs). I'll give Jordan a very small amount of credit for at least speaking up in private what we all know is true.

The mother was never involved in it. She was separated from evan. And only went along with it later on as she was offered a cut.

Exactly - she profited from the lie. That's why I am wondering if Jordan might be waiting for her to die before he tells his side of the story. It's a long shot but you never know.....

Jordan would have to have a conscience, parent alive or not. Homage to his parent when he was a child is one thing, but he's a full fledged adult now, and knows how he devatasted MJ's life. It's been long past time for him to tell the truth. But that would take courage and honor as well, and his continued silence speaks loudly to his lack of those traits.

However, I do still hold out hope for him to do the right thing as you do, but if it is to happen, I see it happening more on HIS death bed, when he doesn't have to deal with fallout.
 
It is one thing for Chandler or anyone else to confess their lies that ruined an innocent man's life, it's another for media and press to pick up the bombshell story and distribute it to the general public so a wide audience becomes aware. Just like I have not seen the current story of the court dismissing WRs claims being widely circulated. I doubt their game will ever change.
