So I saw this post on Instagram which made me wonder:
Basically it was someone suggesting that BeyoncƩ didn't like the rumour of her cheating with her bodyguard, and that for that reason she wrote a song called 'Bodyguard' to overrule the online search results. So now when you search for 'BeyoncƩ' and 'bodyguard', you won't find the gossip anymore but only stuff about the song..

So wouldn't it be possible to override MJ's negative associations in any way..? Like The Estate releasing a song called 'Allegations' or something? Or do that in a similar way?

In this legendary yet shamefully underrated clip, around 25:38, she finally admits (although you hear her agent desperately trying to stop the interview in the background lol) that she still owes MJ 1.6 million dollars(!!!). So I was wondering, when will The Estate collect that? I mean that's not nothing..

The Estate and their lawyers are now going after Robson/Safechuch's main lawyer, John Carpenter.

The Estate and their lawyers are now going after Robson/Safechuchā€™s main lawyer, John Carpenter.

Jennifer Keller, part of the Estate Attorney team, has filed a motion for order to enforce Carpenter to comply with the California Rules of Professional Conduct.

Keller stated that John Carpenter has gone in a recent media blitz and numerous improper and unethical statements and interviews to the press including TMZ, The Daily Beast, The Daily Mail, The Rolling Stones and Variety in the goal of poison the jury pool.

Keller pointed out few of those lies to the press:
1. Accused the Estate to concealing evidence
2. Michael Jackson possessed child Pornography
3. The upcoming biopic would be used as a model for pedophiles
4. Comparing Michael Jackson to the Catholic Church and Donald Trump

It is against the law for a lawyer to make extrajudicial statements. If proven by the Estateā€™s team, Carpenter could be removed from the case.

July 1 - Motion to force Carpenter to stop trying this case in the media."



And in response to a question re the June 5 hearing being filmed / televised:

"Most judges in CA do not allow cameras and this judge is no exception. Right now, these are just pre-trial hearings. I am hoping that on June 5, the judge will set a trial date. But like I said, there will be no cameras in this courtroom."
 
This is not official confirmation. It all depends on what the judge decides at the pre-trial meeting. But a 2026 trial date is what Michael's legal team want; since there are no objections - atm - from the other side, this looks hopeful.
