Arklove, you are not alone. All along, I've placed too much trust and faith to Sony and the Estate. No doubt the Estate has made very good business decisions. But, artistically speaking, the Estate screwed up again and again.

Birchey's HMH and HT mixes are PHENOMENAL!!! I have just replaced the official versions with his mixes. His HMH mix breathes life to the song. His HT mix stays true to Michael's idea. Fans made better mixes. Fans made better cover art. It seems the people behind the album seriously lack the passion we have on Michael's music.

Instead of anticipating the next album like I did before, now I have to worry about whether they will do the right thing and give the respect to Michael's legacy... This is the damage the album has done.

With songs like Hollywood Tonight, Best of Joy and Behind the Mask, this album would truly have been great if they handled it the right way.

HT is a story of a girl, aged 15, who goes to Tinseltown in hope of becoming a famous actress... what she dreamt of never happened, she ended up being a street prostitute.

great artikel i cryed reading it. I dont mind Teddys bridge, maybe im the only one.. but i would like to hear some of the demos.
Also a questions there songs in it i dont know? shut up and dance, i was the loser???
can anybody tell me what those are?
I read it and instandly miss him, how much he could have done..
 
Shut Up And Dance and I Was The Loser are unreleased songs that Michael recorded with Brad Buxer around 2000-2009.
