One time. Done before distributing the money to the beneficiaries. it allows them to create their own charity or a fund (that they put money into and give to charities over time). and as you can see it requires to finish up paying the debts first.

When I first read the caregiver for Katherine I thought I misread it. I thought they meant assistant. This is a concern. Has anybody seen Katherine lately?

thats what I thought too when I read it...maybe someone used the wrong word??....but it is worry some none the less. For someone to have a care taker...means they cannot take care of themselves....an assistant would just mean that she had a helper for things that she could not handle herself..

She is (M. Johnson)... wow. Not well mentally - not an insult, but fact. She's a real danger, these people are capable of a lot, if not anything... Michael was always the sane one, all the more understanding he had his quirks in this mad world, yet didn't lose his heart and mind. God forbid with these people... How can anyone not see through them... (@ Katherine Jackson and most of the family)..?

Thanks for all the updates ivy. What a shame the estate administrators have to spend time and money on such nonsense rather than being able to focus on fulfilling Michael's wishes.

The more I learned the madness around Michael, the more I admired his strength. How could he deal with those craziness from all sides, and still full of love and continued to give love. I am just the fan but seeing these leeches and their nonsense made me headache, I had to quit a bit cause it damaged my brain. I am sure what we had seen now, it's just a piece of iceberg Michael had to endure on a daily basis.

Most would have killed themselves if they dealt with what Michael had to deal with since he was born. I admire that man so much.

I support the estate 100%. Clean house. There's too much evil going on. From family member's, Mann, to fanatics like Taaj Malik. This has to stop.

I read all the 14 pages i was behind, it is difficult to understand it for me. all those names.
Which contract are you all talking about which katherine signed or did not sign???

And if there is someone who is running heal the world F why is that bad?? If its controlled that the money is used for the good reasons?

Also i read a lot of conflicting things, maybe its me, but did she or did she not had contact with michael about it? And the letters which were send and emails are they here as prove?

Michael Jackson Estate vs. Melissa Johnson - Exhibits banned from trial!
The Michael Jackson Estate requested the court to bann Melissa Johnson's part to present any of their exhibits on the trial. The Judge presiding in the case just approved this!

The reason for this request: the MJ Estate gave a list to the defendants as well presented their exhibits one month ago. Since then they continually requested for the same from the other side, that didn't happen. Even 1 week before the trial.

For example in the case of Katherine's declaration, the fifth page of her statement is missing, and none of the mentioned exhibits has been provided to the plaintiffs.

This means that on the non-jury trial Johnson's side can not present any exhibits in their posession related to the case.

Now Johnson's side is in a deep... problem.

It appears that the TMZ story included quotes directly from ADAM STREISAND. Mr. Streisand was speaking on behalf of Katherine Jackson.

Are you calling Mr. Streisand a liar?

The FACT of the matter is, SOMEBODY on Katherine's side of the table messed up and tried to pull a fast one. Who that somebody is, I have no idea, but just like always, sooner or later, the identity of that SOMEBODY will surface.

i just hope and pray that the estate wins this thing. this is not good for KJs health nor is it good for the children that their grandma is fighting against their dads (hence their) estate.

It's a little bit more than that: HTWF was late to turn in their evidence and they gave thousands of pages of documents. They also didn't name of number the documents. Let me give you an example from the exhibit list

this is Estate's exhibit 46 : 1/12/2005 E-mail from Johnson to Raymone K.Bain dated 1/12/05 [Bates stamped HTWF 005203-04]

this is HTWF exhibit 877 : tmr-jackson-3-hl.pdf

As you can see what the HTWF exhibits are unclear and they are not numbered.

Furthermore Estate paid and did the task of Bates Stamping of HTWF's documents ( bates stamp is a numbering system as you can see from the Estate's example. You later on use that number so it's easy for each side to find the document being mentioned in the thousands of pages)

For months they have been wanting HTWF to change their exhibit list - adding definitions of the evidence and using bates-stamp numbers.

When you look to the above posted Katherine Jackson declaration you'll see that there are mentions of exhibits 4.a, 4.b etc. Estate lawyers are saying that no copies of that exhibits were given and they cannot determine what exhibit4.a refers to as the bates numbers etc aren't used.

Simply put Estate is arguing that when HTWF refers to an exhibit they do not know what they are talking about as they aren't using bates numbers and name / definition of the exhibits are lacking.

Nobody is arguing against the document. It was filed by court on Friday, Radaronline made the story on Monday. The thing is Katherine says she didn't say the things or sign the document. Posting the document wouldn't change that. And it's funny to reject 2 lawyers (Adam Streisand and HTWF lawyer) statements. TMZ didn't make their story based on "sources", they gave the names of who said what. That statements are real.

Come on, BATES STAMPING, is almost like the Bible in a court room and also for any Paralegal and/or Attorney working on a case. It's like legal training-101.

Who the heck is running fake HTW's side of the table? The thing that really gets me is the NUMBER of documents HTW wanted to present. Shoot, without using the BATES STAMPING system, I'm not sure they can even keep track of their OWN evidence. LOL!

I'm so confused as to what has gone on. Could someone update the first post to let us know simply what has happened since the first post was made and what all these articles about Katherine. I appreciate everyone's effort in contributing to this thread and fighting for the truth, I just think if the first page was updated more people would engage with the topic rather than get confused by it all and run and hide lol
