We have to show a strong support in order to be taken serious and get the media's attention. This will get the general
public to join us and bring up the sales so we can Chart Michael again for the 10th Anniversary.

I truly believe we can get 10,000 followers.. But by August?? 13 days? :no: There's only 533 people who've liked it so far. September is more realistic IMO

How are there only 550 people who have liked the facebook group? surely the campaign has reached more people than that.

Facebook has 750,000,000 active users. That's like almost 1 in 6 people on the planet (of all ages) using that site..

Just read through all of this and I will support it, even though I have about 4 copies of "Invincible" on CD (red, blue, and 2 silvers), plus the amazing vinyl release. But there are less than 700 people liking it on Facebook! C'mon, people, Like it! :)

Exactly. We would do this in one week, not in one month. The most worldwide charts are weekly.

It's true, the US and UK charts are the only charts that are quoted in the most newspaper of the world, but for to have a #1 album in these countries, it's needed to sell well over 150,000 copies!! Furthermore, October is near to the Christmas holidays and in this period there are many releases that sell very well. I think that is better to choice a new week where there aren't new interesting releases, possibly, near his birthday.

URGENT:10,000 Friends by 1st August
We have the draft press release. Before we can send this out to the news outlets we need to establish that the #mjsinvincible campaign has sufficient initial support, or the press will not run the press release. The press release will increase awareness and cause a snowball effect with Michael Jackson Fans and Supporters. We thus need to focus all efforts in the next two weeks to


This is urgent.
The press will be referred to the official facebook page and profile page.

1. increase the &#8220;likes&#8221; on the official facebook page Mjsinvincible
2. increase our &#8221;friends&#8221; to the profile page &#8211; Love Invincible


We need focus on the above issues NOW! Deadline is 1st August 2011.


It will also help to show more followers on the official twitter account@mjsinvincible

I'm unsure to how this monthly thing will work. Don't people need to buy in the same week for it to chart? So that there's not just random sales throughout October.

^^ Ive asked the same question and was told by campaign organisers
that an industry insider told them to do it for the month. maybe ask @clearmjsname2
I think ist has somethign to do with the total amount of sales _not sure ??

In a month, the sales will be dispersed and will be a miracle if the album arrives in Top 10. Would be better to act in one week.

Dont despair :) There are more supporters on the other FB book page called "Love Invincible" both are campaing Pages
plus fans have created thier own FB to support. I wish organisers would have kept to ONE main page but adding them all up we have MANY supporters
