It's just soNever seen such lightening touching a volcano before.
I think it might be. Saw something about this recently, can't remember what, exactly. Is this real?
Those are stunning, the lot of them! Some of them look so unusual to the lighthouses you typically see!Top 10 lighthouses in Russia))))
It is fairly common in connection to larger eruptions, or as long as there are gargantuan cloud pillars of smoke.Never seen such lightening touching a volcano before.

It’s a spiritual song. I imagine it’s about heaven?Unfortunately I didn't really understand what the song was about (((
I thought there was a hint that it was about a place that doesn't exist. ??? It's confusing the phrase about lying at the races.....It’s a spiritual song. I imagine it’s about heaven?
Maybe it has to do with you know how people (with smiling faces) say that everyone is equal, when in reality that’s not how it is? Something like that.I thought there was a hint that it was about a place that doesn't exist. ??? It's confusing the phrase about lying at the races.....
It's hard. I thought there was a place where no one cries, no one rejoices, and all people are equal. And it's a lie that there is such a place. I got a sad interpretation. Your version is interesting.Maybe it has to do with you know how people (with smiling faces) say that everyone is equal, when in reality that’s not how it is? Something like that.
'lying to the races' / races = black people, white peopleI thought there was a hint that it was about a place that doesn't exist. ??? It's confusing the phrase about lying at the races.....
Thank you! Interesting expression about the leaps of lies. A race of lies. Repeated lies.'lying to the races' / races = black people, white people
Will the lying ever stop? Will we ever get to a better place?
When the song came out in 1972 the civil rights movement wasn't finished. Martin Luther King Jr and Bobby Kennedy had just been assassinated only a few years earlier. It's really a gospel song but with an overlay of political thoughts/memories/ideas/pleas.
I'm always enraptured by Mavis' vocals and the backing harmonies.
