J5 Steeltown recordings question

I've seen quite a few different editions of the songs that the J5 recorded for Steeltown (Pre-History: The Lost Steeltown Recordings, Beginning Years, Historic Early Recordings and other titles on smaller labels) so I was wondering which collection is better, such as which has the best sound quality, number of songs (I think there's a 2cd edition of the Steeltown songs) etc.

not sure i have the original cd that was released and ive seen a couple of unoffical ones but they just contained the same songs. the songs are left in original quality so i presume they all pretty much sound the same. as the original release has been left as found to make it sound more historical. so some of the songs arent of great quality but that just makes the recordings sound more real
