Today I am dealing with bureaucracy. I am dealing with stupid govt red tape. I am dealing with govt employees who totally, totally refuse to USE THEIR EFFIN' BRAINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FOR EFF'S SAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am dealing with govt departments incapable of or unwilling to do joined-up thinking.

So do not question my decision to post JT as DZ. I am about ready to pulverise the entire world.
