"Likely" isn't a source though, I think they will expose the lie
 
Any news on this? Taj is still collecting money for this but has been silent on the topic for more than a year now. Does he have any shame? Or non at all.

I guess he can't release it for now but he can still work on it, we have no clue whether he started shooting the thing yet.

Is Janet not allowed to release her own songs? That's really going too far.

He cant release anything (allagedly). Whats stopping him from working on it?

Have we any output to show for after 6 years? Screenshots? Comments by people interviewed?
 
no nothing. And there is no reason to not give any update on the progress. nobody is asking for details. but hundreds of people donated and didnt get a single information on whether or not their money is even used for the docu series.

I thought the same, but someone in the movie thread pointed out that she had plans for a biopic too, and those were postponed because of the Michael movie.

She also announced an album like 5 years ago and we never heard about it again so...

I don't really know what's going on with her. She's on a never-ending tour/residency

The estate has no say in what Janet says or releases whatsoever, I love Taj but monthly updates to radio silence is poor

there has never (!) been an update on his docu series. If he told us now that the project has never even started we shouldnt wonder! He never (!) mentioned any progress! He gave random "updates" about how mad he is at the media and so on but zero information on where all our money went.
