It turns out that the King of Pop also had a soft spot for vampires! Michael Jackson''s one wish was to star alongside Wesley Snipes in a major role for the sequel to the hit movie Blade. However, he had one condition: he wanted to be Blade''s friend and fight alongside him, not against him.
Wesley Snipes disclosed that the late Michael Jackson had expressed a heartfelt desire to feature in the sequel of the popular 1998 movie, Blade in a 2017 interview with Billboard.
According to Snipes, Jackson had expressed his wish to play a protagonist and not a villain in the production. Apparently, Michael''s response was, "No!
I wanna be like Blade’s friend - I wanna fight with you!" It is unclear why the iconic singer was so keen on playing an action hero alongside Snipes.
While this would have been an epic cameo for the ages, Jackson''s scheduling mix-up meant that it was cut short, leaving fans dreaming of
what could have been!
Did anyone else not see this before? I never knew about this?? I loved BLADE this would have been awesome for them to work together again!!!!
